We completely understand your frustration, especially as you had arranged to be available for the appointment. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide.

We would like to look into this further, however we’re unable to locate your booking from the details provided in the review. It may be that you are getting us mixed up with another company with a similar name. Please contact our office directly with your information so we can investigate what happened and address the matter appropriately.

We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your mum’s condition and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We completely understand how important reliable heating is, especially in such difficult circumstances, and we want to be clear that we do care deeply about the wellbeing of everyone in our customers’ homes.

After receiving your feedback, we reviewed the original call and we do acknowledge that there were areas where our communication could have been better, and we are taking this on board to improve how we handle sensitive situations like this in future.

As discussed, while our engineers were fully booked, we acted quickly by arranging for the system manufacturer to attend as a priority and also offered a visit from an Elite engineer. The manufacturer’s engineer was preferred, and that visit has been arranged for today. Once the fault has been identified, we will ensure it is resolved as quickly as possible.

We’re truly sorry for the distress this situation has caused and wish you and your family strength during what is clearly a very challenging time.
