We’re sorry your pool needed attention during your stay. Swimming pools are serviced weekly by a professional pool company and we have staff available to address any potential pool concerns between those services. We sincerely regret we were unaware your pool needed attention during your stay and sincerely wish we had the opportunity to correct this for you. Please accept our deepest apology for the inconvenience.

Immediately after receiving your review, we have addressed the front door lock and it is now repaired. We greatly appreciate you bringing this to our attention and apologize for the difficulty.

We’re delighted to hear you found the home to be lovely, in a nice area and very close to Disney Parks. However, we truly regret all your expectations were not met and we realize others may have similar concerns. Please know, we are committed to the delivery of excellence by adhering to the highest customer service standards and we use guest comments, like yours, to help us improve.
We have implemented an upgrade plan for this home and most of your concerns have already been addressed. The remaining are scheduled for the very near future. Thank you for your input.
We do not charge for pool heating unless it is requested. This helps us keep our prices low and pass along the saving to our guests. We apologize for any misunderstanding or inconvenience this caused.
We want to make sure every guest has a perfect stay and is fully aware of our policies. We regret you found them to be excessive. Please know we are working toward a more welcoming way to present the rules in the future and apologize for the annoyance.
Swimming pools are routinely maintained once per week. However, our maintenance staff is happy to address any concerns between those scheduled services. We wish we had the opportunity to help with this while you were staying with us and apologize for the inconvenience.
Again, thank you for the valuable feedback. We value you as a customer and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to host your stay again in the future.

Customer satisfaction is our paramount concern and we genuinely take all guest concerns very seriously and use them to help improve our product and service.

Even though we have our housekeeping team, followed by a supervisor’s inspection, report any damages to us. For our guest’s protection, we also require them to report any damage found upon arrival.

Regrettably, we did not have record of carpet damage in this home, prior to your departure and therefore, the cost was billable to you.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the pool heating and regret it took several days to be corrected.

We do our very best to resolve any issues in a timely manner, but unfortunately, it looks like we failed this time. Regrettably, the heater part was unable for purchase locally and left us no other option but to order one online and wait for delivery.

We try our best to ensure our pool heating equipment is kept in top condition and can assure you this is highly uncharacteristic of our homes.

Our records indicate a refund was issued for partial pool heat in the amount of $170.25. I would also like to offer you a best available rate for a future stay.

We sincerely hope you will accept our deepest apology, along with a best rate offer, for a future stay. Please contact us directly to redeem this offer and ask for Donna.

We sincerely hope you will give us another opportunity.
