Thank you very much for taking the time to review us. We would like to explain in detail once again about the refund and order cancelation you mentioned.

As we explained in our previous email, when you apply for a refund on the Worry-Free Payment page, the system will only refund the amount of the corresponding payment by default. If you wish to cancel your entire order, please be sure to contact us directly so that we can process it in a timely manner.

Since we were not informed of your specific intentions at the time, we arranged for the shipment on the day the order was placed in accordance with the regular process. At the time you wrote your review, the package had been delivered without incident.

Also regarding the dispute you raised, we understand your concern. In order to resolve this issue as quickly as possible, as shown in email, we recommend that you cancel the paypal dispute and we will process a refund for you immediately and you do not need to return the package you have received. However, you have not heeded our advice.

We are always committed to providing excellent customer service and sincerely hope to reach a satisfactory resolution with you.
