Elliots sold my Mother's house, our lifelong home since 1969. It was always going to be an emotional rollercoaster, but they were so sympathetic and took a lot of time in researching and presenting our house in their photos.
Brian and his team are very friendly and very professional. I would recommend them all day long.
They also told me my first home too. They were so helpful here too.

So glad we chose Elliotts Estate Agents for the sale of my late mother’s home. Everyone was so friendly and we were kept informed and updated throughout the process in, what I considered to be, a very open and honest manner. I would definitely recommend them.

Steve and Sally together with their team made the selection and subsequent purchase of my new home as straight forward and hassle free as possible. As I was travelling from London to view properties it was essential for a degree of flexibility in the viewing of properties. This they organised diligently. Once I had chosen my new home, they oversaw the purchase process with care. They kept an eye on proceedings and were quick to notify me of any issues and also very responsive to any queries I had. All in all, I was very satisfied with the quality of their service.

Steve Boone and his team managed the sale of our flat very well. They made sure everything went to plan, did all the chasing and kept the communication flowing to everyone involved.

Simon at Elliotts was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in my house purchase. He constructed a chain for our sale and found a new home. I had excluded the property from the search but he encouraged me to take a look. He was right and I appreciated his honesty and professionalism throughout. I got a ton of help and feel the competitive fee was great value. It was important for us that we always got realistic, evidenced advice, not over inflated promises and the like. I am in the construction industry and would say Simon has an excellent understanding of the market, including potential to enhance and add value. If this is a compliment, he is also refreshingly relaxed and unpushy. No move is easy but Elliotts made it much more pleasant. It is key that they have a decent sized team so on the few occasions Simon was out, they stepped in so I was never left waiting.

We dealt with Ben and Steve at Elliotts during the purchase of a flat in central Hove. They were both always very pleasant to deal with; friendly, professional and great in all their communications. They accommodated us multiple times when we asked for keys to the vacant flat to help with plans and obtain measurements for future renovations, something that is so helpful during such a usually very stressful process. I'd happily work with Elliotts again, and also recommend to others.

I bought a flat that was being sold by Elliotts. The team and my main point of contact - Ben - was very communicative, responsive and proactive chasing down rogue solicitors and getting things over the line. I'm very grateful and would recommend them! And very happy with my flat :)

Selling a house is very stressful, so it helps to have the right people on your side to guide you through it. I have used Elliotts previously, to buy and sell, so it was only natural that I would use them again for my recent sale. It was a tricky one, I have to say! Many a curve ball, but all managed superbly by Elliotts and in particular Ben who was incredibly tenacious in getting the results we needed in difficult circumstances. He was very communicative and responsive, so we felt we were in the loop at all times when it came to our sale. I just wish other people had the same values when it came to purchasing / selling houses and understood how everyone in the chain feels not just themselves. Anyway, the experience is complete and I would highly recommend Elliotts to anyone and would definitely use them again should I ever be brave enough to move again...

We are getting ready to complete in December on our first family home, having sold our Hove seafront flat with Elliots. We were always going to use Elliots as they are the best in the area and knew they’d go above and beyond for us. We were so fortunate to have Symon arranging our flat viewings at the perfect times for us (having a new baby meant nap times and other logistics to work around) and we couldn’t praise Symon any more for making this stage seamless for us. We recently bought a house where Elliots were the agent the house was listed with. We dealt with Ben who was excellent, really communicative and so good at chasing all parties. We were selling two properties (one in Devon, one in Brighton) in order to proceed with our purchase. Unfortunately we faced serious difficulties with the Devon sale which nearly caused our purchase to fall apart but Ben was very good at keeping everyone in the loop. He remained friendly and professional at all times. I can't speak for Elliots in terms or selling property, but our experience buying through them was excellent. Thank you!
