Easy sales experience through Symon and Elliotts. Good communication throughout and a smooth process. Would definitely recommend.

Massive thanks to the team and Symon in particular for helping us with our property sale. Symon was approachable, patient, professional and efficient throughout the whole process, a real credit to the business. Couldn’t recommend Elliotts highly enough.

There are always two aspects to a property purchase - the actual work, and the attitude of the agents. In terms of the work, I found Elliotts to be thoroughly knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and totally reliable. I received regular check-in calls, and a high degree of 'customer service'. As for attitude, everyone I dealt with at Elliotts was friendly, caring, and 'on the ball'. They are all delightful - a rarity in the world of estate agency in my experience.

I hope (in the nicest possible way!) never to buy another property, but if I should find myself needing to do so in Hove, I wouldn't go anywhere else, and I'd highly recommend to anyone searching for a home in Hove to start their search with Elliotts.

Elliots was the estate agent selling the house I have just bought and everything about the process was great. The viewing, the second viewing and then the communication all through. And their broker was enormously helpful with finding a mortgage for me. All good!

As is any case buying a house isn't straightforward & in our case time from offer to completion was lengthy due to the sellers stipulations, however Symon was fantastic throughout, offering advice, support & expertise going above & beyond to ensure the sale went through. Firstly being shown the properties I wanted to see, rather than those the agent wanted to shift. The viewings were all well planned and timed to suit me. The process through offer to acceptance was all seamless and all my queries were dealt with promptly.
