EO is the perfect email utility for small nonprofits. We are on the freebie plan but would stick with our eight legged friend even if growth pushes into a paid subscription.

The quick responses from customer support and the ease of use of the platform are what has me sold!

This is such a user friendly platform. Everything is clean and simple to navigate around. I use it to send a fortnightly newsletter to the 'Friends' of the not for profit company where I work - so the fact it is free and yet gives such a professional look is a real bonus for us.

Very easy to use: I suggest anyone to use this fantastic platform. Also with the free tier you can do most of what you need.

Easy to use, great UX and pleasing design. There are enough features for what I need, and the fact that there is a free tier is wonderful for social enterprises like mine.

For years, I've used either ConvertKit (now Kit) or Flodesk. Kit offered the kitchen sink, which I neither needed, nor wanted...especially when they significantly upped their pricing so that it was no longer competitive with the alternatives. As for Flodesk, their emphasis on aesthetics came at the cost of both accessibility and formatting (especially for text-only sections), and their support deflects blame for software glitches onto the user (#notkidding).

I'd never heard of Email Octopus until someone mentioned it in a Slack channel, and I was instantly smitten. It's like Kit and Flodesk had a baby -- in the best of ways. Their free plan is unbelievably generous, and their paid plans are way more competitively priced than their competition. They aren't VC-backed (always a good thing), don't shove AI down your throat, and offer a super intuitive product. It was easier and faster for me to set up than Flodesk was, and I'm just all-around a super happy new customer.

Great value for a growing nonprofit

We use EmailOctopus to send newsletters and updates to the students, sponsors and supporters of Boursepad Education Foundation, which connects students in Nigeria with sponsors who fund their education. It's straightforward to use, and the pricing is fair for a small team on a tight budget.

What stood out most recently was the support. When our list grew and our plan moved up a tier, I asked about their nonprofit discount. The team replied quickly, told me exactly what they needed to verify us, and had the discount applied within a day. Billing is transparent too: I could see the updated amount on my next invoice straight away.

If you're a nonprofit or small organization looking for an affordable, no-fuss email platform, I'd recommend it.

We use the free version of Email Octopus for our nonprofit and have found it to be pretty intuitive and user-friendly to use for our mailing list of about 500.

EmailOctopus has an incredibly intuitive user interface, making drafting and sending email campaigns fast and easy.

This is the easiest to use email system. We have a small town community newspaper and don't need all the bells and whistles that come from larger, expensive companies.

I've found creating emails with Email Octopus super easy, and audience management has been great. I particulalry like the landing pages features making it easy and professional looking when people sign up to the newsletter.

Everything has been so easy to use and understand. I wasn't able to find a good email host before this so EO has been giving me hope!
