Practical tool, pricing tiers make sense and great support!

Great product - easy to use and has got my newsletter up and running.

Can't see emails you've sent older than 30 days. We have low volume, low frequency needs and their lowest tier is too much money for us. But the restrictions kinda suck. The UX on creating/editing is annoying – why can I click forward in the breadcrumbs but not backwards? I have to send test emails to the same 5 people every time and have to copy/paste those emails every time. Annoying stuff. BUT they're still the cheapest for what we need so … could be worse!

Easy format to become familiar with. uploading contacts is straightforward and composing emails also. Occasional difficulty uploading jpegs but usually resolves itself quickly

Email Octopus is a user-friendly, efficient mailing list management provider - the best one I've ever used (and I have experience with MailChimp, Kit and Get response). I would recommend it to everyone - I wish I knew about it sooner :)

I really, really love EmailOctopus. The only thing that's been a struggle for me is sometimes the row blocks won't go where I want them and it makes it a challenge to get the emails to look exactly how I'd like them. Other than that though it's been great!

I've found email Octopus to be easy to use, even for a non-techy person like me, and the emails look great. I'm so glad I tried them.

Does everything I need, easy to use.

It took me a few days to get everything I wanted right for my 1st EO newsletter but the platform is really user friendly. And the team is SUPER quick to reply if you have any questions. Happy customer so far!

Super intuitive and easy to transition from the previous service I used. Works perfectly on an iPad too, which my previous service didn’t despite it being popular in the space.

I came from Mailchimp highly dissatisfied with their service, treatment, and available customisations - Email Octopus literally changed the way I see newsletters as a key channel: excellent open rates, zero tech issues, human staff responding to questions, and simple, beautiful templates to customise. All of this for free, with no sneaky ways to make me pay via audience or email limits. For a micro-creator like me who simply cannot afford big tech company prices, I am truly grateful to Email Octopus for enabling me to engage my community in a meaningful way, which they love.
