Had a boiler ignition fault. Craig from Embassy came within a couple of days. Showed me exactly what he was doing and found the fault. Had to come back a couple of days later to fit a new igniter, but cannot fault his service. I have had a boiler plan with him for several years now and doubt I will ever change!

Craig came recommended. I wasn’t disappointed. He did a full service and found things that clearly had been missed by my existing annual contract. I will be transferring for all my heating and plumbing needs.

Called Craig at Embassy Gas as we had no heating and got an appointment the same day. Craig couldn’t make it but sent Karl who was amazing. Told us what the problem was and fixed it immediately. Great service, really friendly and very knowledgeable. Won’t go anywhere else!

Following two first class yearly boiler services, I asked Craig to install a brand new boiler at another property for me. He and Karl completed this exactly when they said they would with great communication at all times, this included a day of preparation two months prior in order to get the old boiler working over Christmas. They also removed all the old tanks from the loft. Extra touch was replacing two bricks to fill a hole left by the old boiler, this meant them taking a trip to the local builders to get a match. First class service and will use them for many years

Garry, the gas engineer arrived at the time arranged and explained what he was going to do (annual service). He was informative and carried out the service with the minimum of disruption. Overall the service provided was excellent and I would recommend Embassy Gas.
