POOR communication, excuses after excuses, no follow-through. Placed our order 4 months ago (March 2021) and the only updates come after emailing for a refund. Still no refund given, our whole unit was ripped off. No doubt this business is on the brink of closing. Its a damn shame that they use the Veteran Owned Business slogan.

Beginning to file our grievances with our individual credit card companies and sending a letter to their state's Attorney General for impropriety.

I haven’t received my shirts yet, but working with the graphic designer was an absolute pleasure. She was very timely and was able to fulfill every request I had.

I ordered back in the beginning of this year for my unit. Like a lot of people, I was frustrated with the delay and I was tired of waiting and asked for a refund. I got my refund and then they said they'd still send me the gear, I figured they were just saying that. Well... the stuff finally arrived and now I've got two free shirts and a sweatshirt... and they're legitimately the nicest quality I've ever seen. I looked into them further and I think they're just caught up in a supply chain mess. They're real people who care about delivering good stuff. I feel a little bad about asking for the refund so I just ordered another set. Thanks and sorry I was a bit impatient! Good luck and keep up the good work!

If I could leave negative stars, I would. They don't even deserve 1 star. I found this website and had a t-shirt design made for my husband and his troops. My husband ordered all his platoon in the Army t-shirts in February. Here we are in July and still have not received the t-shirts we ordered. We have sent multiple e-mails requesting updates. One e-mail said that they can have it out by May "but no promises." This company is a joke. We would just like our refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND AS TO WHY THEY CAN NOT PROVIDE A PRODUCT DUE TO COVID OR "ISSUES WITH PREVIOUS VENDOR."

Placed an order in early March and it’s now been over 14 weeks….. horrible lead times and I’m about to redeploy home and won’t even get my tshirts time. I asked for a refund and they mentioned a partial refund if I gave them my Venmo/zelle? What company does that? I smell fraud and want a full refund for my order. Forget the shirts.

I had the pleasure of working with Genelle from Emblem athletics. After some confusion (my fault) was cleared up she was able to assist me and within a day we had an entire online store put together for my platoon. The designs are amazing and the customer service is impeccable. Will definitely be using Emblem Athletics for all future custom apparel needs. 10/10 recommend.

Worked with Emblem in the past and the turn around time wasn’t the greatest but all and all there was a pandemic going on. With the shortage of fabrics and postal service being a frenzy I couldn’t really blame them. I am now giving them a second chance and I couldn’t be happier that I did. I have been working with Genelle and she has been extremely responsive with our requests and our store is already up and running.

Also extremely impressed with the material of the first batch of jerseys.

I and my military unit ordered tshirts customized with our unit logo from this company. Over six months later, no shirts. I contacted them and they said they would give me a partial refund. That hasn't happened either. I doubt this is a legit company at all as they told me shipping was behind and would take about 8 weeks to get them. That was five months ago.

Honestly it’s disappointing that I only got half of my order. I bought a banner which came super fast and I’m still waiting for the shirt… I ordered back in April.

I don't typically mention my rank, but being a Sergeant Major and having worked with NUMEROUS screen printing and clothing vendors, I figured I'd throw support to a Veteran owned business because it felt like the right thing to do. Unfortunately, I didn't read the reviews ahead of time, and that's on me. Now I'm having to tell people not to use this company (and my reach is very far), and that's unfortunate, because I really wanted to like them. I ordered stuff just like everyone else with the hopes that I would get them in a reasonable amount of time, but now I'm concerned I'm going to retire before I receive them, and that's not an exaggeration. I ordered the 1st of April but am reading that customers who ordered in January still don’t have their purchased items. Having done a little more research, and I read that the slow orders and excuses have been going on as far back as 2019! I honestly don't know how it's legal to continue to advertise a product that isn't being delivered. Next step is to ask for a refund.

I’d give it negative stars if I could. This company is nothing but excuse after excuse as to why an order placed 6 months almost 7 ago in January has not been delivered. Multiple times I have reached out as to the status and every time I get a generic response and blah blah blah. January orders are going out in April then May then June. Well here we are July 1st and still nothing. But they’re more than happy to issue me a partial refund. I emailed this morning and told her to cancel my order and issue me a refund. Absolutely unacceptable and I have. I idea how this company is still in business. I would not recommend them to anyway. They’re terrible, their time frame is way off and if you don’t need your product anytime soon might be worth it, but I wouldn’t know because after 6 going on 7 months still don’t know what kind of quality the product will be, because honestly I don’t think their product exist, they just take your money and lead you on and on. -100/100 terrible company, would not recommend, if you did order I’d email and ask for a refund before they file for bankruptcy.

My unit is about to deploy and we decided to use this website since it would be nice to support a veteran owned company, but after months of waiting the absolutely no updates and we really wanted this shirts for our deployment, now the whole shop is pretty disappointed and at this point we believe it was a scam, don’t use this company if you really want an effective company

Best T-Shirt ordering experience I've ever had, hands down! Quality and clarity of designs were top tier, and I will 100% order more shirts from this company again! (edit: My review says "Invited" because I used the link they sent me via email, after I emailed them thanking Emblem Athletics for their quality product. In no way was I bribed or otherwise convinced to write this review. I have done so of my own volition and given my 100% honest evaluation.)

Ordered on feb 26th 2021 still nothing.
I’ve have been given the “covid” and “changing vendors” excuse, or a small team excuse.
Y’all have definitely bit off way more than you can chew. But yet you’re still advertising like you won’t take 6+ months to get someone’s SMALL order out.

Our Higher HQ set up products here and sent us all to order shirts, etc. That was 8 months ago. It took 6 months for the 3 items I ordered to be delivered. The first was not even close to coyote brown and I sent it back. They send kitchy emails about coolness and all that, but 8 months after ordering they still haven't managed to produce the replacement shirt. My only assumption is that they are hoping we just go away, or they delay long enough somehow they just keep the $$ and move on.
It's a t-shirt, not rocket science..
I have forbid anyone in my command from doing business with this company for anything associated with our unit. Avoid the frustration, go elsewhere.

Update 11Aug21: Even though they found time to respond to this review, I have received no refund

I ordered some shirts in the beginning of March as samples for my unit commander. I have stayed patient up until I was told it would be delivered in late May or early June. This was not the case, I emailed the company and they said they had a vendor that didn't work out. It is so frustrating and frankly embarrassing that I stopped my unit from getting shirts elsewhere so we could support this business.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this company has really bitten off more than they can chew. I hope their product is as good as they claim. They took my money in 30 seconds but have failed to deliver anything.....

Received my gear, I will attest that the quality is phenomenal. Had some issues with some of the design but it was a misunderstanding. I would advise that before you place an order, ensure both sides understand exactly what you want so there is not confusion. The wait time is excruciating but the product is actually a different breed of quality for sure. very durable.

I would have given 5 stars if the shipping time was not so terrible.

I placed an order 4 months ago and received nothing, no communication with updates of any kind. I had to reach out and every time I did I got a run around. I understand COVID had a part to play but their customer satisfaction is extremely poor.
I typically don’t leave reviews like this but this is unsatisfactory and a direct reflection of the company and owner.
