Absolute disappointment is all I can say. Emblem Athletic has obviously bitten off more than it can chew. I placed an order on January 21st, I received the automated email of oh we will need 4-6 weeks to make a product that you’ll actually love blah blah blah. So after 2 months I reached out asking for an update. The young lady responded back a it looks like your order will ship out mid April. So I waited for a product to show up until May. When nothing was sent out I emailed them again asking if they had any idea of where my order was. The young lady said she couldn’t tell me exactly where my order was at but rest assured it will be early June. So June rolls around and I still haven’t received my order, so again I ask where is my order and the response was due to covid we are behind. Covid has definitely changed a lot of everyday task and actions but how can covid cause a company to not fulfill an order of four shirts and a hoodie? Also they claim oh we are growing etc etc but in the email it states they are a small mom and pop shop. This company absolutely sucks, to their staff who doesn’t know where the order is at currently all the way to the stupid ass videos posted on Facebook of the pressure washer and the weed eater. How about you guys actually send products out in stead of making videos to post on Facebook about how great your product is? Also you say it will last a lifetime this may be true if you guys actually would send a product out.

Product is amazing. yes it took some time but the team kept me informed and everytime i would check on my product they’d respond asap. product came out great!

I waited 6 months for a shirt they never sent one I had to cancel my order, they did refund right away but the person I emailed was nice , she said she has no idear when they would make it , after 6 months really.

My son, who is now deployed with the US Army ordered custom sweatshirts with his unit mascot logo for his older brother and myself. He ordered a extra large for his brother and a large for me. When they finally arrived almost two months late we found that the sizing was off. The large will fit me if I wear it by itself. The XL was too small for my son and actually fits me better than the large. While there is no complaint about the quality of the product, which is very good, the sizing is an unfortunate problem as my son can’t wear his sweatshirt.

I’ve done business with this organization twice. First time was phenomenal second was a little slow. From the first orders the product has held up great and shipping was quick. T-shirts and sweatshirts have been washed well over 100 times and there’s zero fading and the logo still looks great. The second store orders were a little slow. However, Emblem Athletic has been very honest and forthcoming in the deficiency. Once their production times are back to normal, I will continue to do business with Emblem athletic and continue to recommend them to others.

Set up a “store” for my team and everyone placed their orders in January and February. I ordered my stuff on 01/26/21. I email them for updates and get answers of “just a few more days” and “it’ll ship out in the next two weeks.” Just like others have said, now I’m the bad guy on my team because it’s been 4 months with nothing to show for it. Emblems customer service is good but they can’t deliver on their product. Extremely frustrating.

No change to any of the reviews posted before in regards to the time laps of when I placed my order and when the t shirts “might arrive”. I placed my order 6 months ago and still haven’t received my order. After multiple contacts with the emblem team they keep pushing back the day of when the shirts will arrive and fail to arrive on that day. Is Emblem a real company?

My review is no different than anyone else's. Same deception of no mention of longer than normal shipping times until AFTER they had received my payment. Then no communication even after several weeks had elapsed PAST the unreasonable 6-8 week timeframe they originally gave me. They have responded to two follow up emails i have sent with vague generic rhetoric blaming Covid mostly for their excessive delays from their "customer service" team and gave no actual timeline. Still no product and no effort to make this experience anything but disappointing. The only thing this company has done quickly was take my money. Unacceptable and unethical business practices.

The customer service was outstanding. And the shirt was extremely comfortable.

Exceptional design team, sadly that’s all this company did well during my experience with them.
Immediately after placing the order I felt deceived, no where before placing the order did the company warned of their longer than normal fulfillment time.
This worried me because my team would be expecting I chose a reliable company to purchase from.
I reached out to Emblem Athletic and they guaranteed me the order I put in would be completed within the 6-8 weeks they told me it was going to take.
I am now on week 12 totally disappointed.
What’s worst I get reminded on a daily on social media when I see Emblem Athletic ad campaigns and can’t understand why they continue running them and deceive customers that their orders are going to be fulfilled within 6-8 weeks.
Why do you continue doing it?
Ps why are all the 5 star reviews “invited” reviews??

SECOND UPDATE: NOW GOING ON WEEK 30. I ORDERED BEGINNING OF FEBRUARY, IT IS NOW BEGINNING OF SEPTEMBER.
UPDATE: IT HAS BEEN 22 WEEKS NOW AND STILL NO SHIPMENT.
When I first placed my order, now 15 weeks ago, the email sent told me to expect 6-8 weeks. Which I was okay with because covid has affected everything. But it is now going on 15 weeks and I have yet to receive the two T-shirts I ordered. Reading other reviews, I'm not even sure when to expect my order. I cant even review the clothes because I don't know when I'll ever get to see them. Plus the company disabled reviews on facebook and theres nowhere on their website for reviews either. I understand that with covid and maintaining quality work takes time, but no where was the 6-8 weeks stated until AFTER i paid for my order. But then it has now been twice as long as they initially estimated, with still no update on the shipment of my order.

As you can see with the NUMEROUS reviews below me ... this company (regardless) of quality - is not worth your time or money. I’ve been waiting for 2 months for a single T-Shirt, and per the trajectory seen from others, looks like I’ve got at least another 3 months to go before I see my order.

Again, I want to re-iterate that my order was a single T-Shirt ... not a massive job for a company sized element like some others.

They charged me $30 dollars for the shirt, and then see or hear nothing from them for months. It’s a form of theft in my opinion. You take someone’s money and provide them with nothing for it for months on end. How can you just expect the CUSTOMER to be okay with something like that ?

Zero communication from your company. Zero effort seen from your company. Zero trust in your company.

Shameful, it really is.

Great shirts! School shirt for our medical school class, design looks good and the fit is fantastic. The material is light and cool and is nice to wear under the military uniform. Thank you!

Ordered class shirts for all military services... the quality is excellent and the shirts came out beautiful! Sizing is pretty large though... FYI! Thank you!

We ordered group t-shirts from Emblem Athletic and they turned out amazing! The design was exactly what we planned and they are incredibly comfortable and fit great. Would definitely recommend!

The shirts my unit ordered came exactly as detailed as we designed online with emblem Athletic and are so incredibly stoked at Emblem’s overall product. We will be using them again for sure in the future.

These shirts are awesome. The graphics and colors were as detailed as we were hoping and perfect. The polyester material is super comfortable. Would give their shirts 6 stars if I could. They sincerely exceeded our expectations. As graduating physicians from America's Medical School (USUHS) and planning to wear these shirts with our NWU/OCP uniforms throughout DoD hospitals, it was critical that these shirts be of the highest quality. Despite a global pandemic and a challenging timeframe, Emblem Athletic delivered the greatest morale shirts I have ever seen. 10/10 would absolutely recommend this company for all shirt designs.
