EMDR Kit レビュー

I would have given you a 5 however when I was ordering and using the chat box I was informed I would receive a free carry bag with my wireless lighter kit. I did not receive it.

The controller for my light bar died after only 5 years of light use and careful storage. In my opinion, something this expensive should last for at least 10 years. Despite my frustration at having to replace it, my experience with EMDR Kit customer service was outstanding. They tried to trouble shoot my problem first, then sent me a discount code to order a new one. And I could not believe how fast it arrived in CA USA all the way from the Netherlands! I also appreciate that they sell the components separately so that when something goes, you don’t have to replace the whole kit.

Super happy with the whole experience, from the ease of purchasing, updates along the way, fast delivery to Australia + the product themselves are excellent quality. Thank you so much!

Timely manner and great product

I ordered the EMDR pulsers and have been loving them. I've been using the old fashioned corded ones (which were a problem). The pulers are so easy and don't feel so messy because of the cords, plus I can change the colors which clients love. The shipping was fast and set up was easy.

The buzzers are great. Super easy to set up and use. Clients like them too. Shipping was also super fast. I'd definitely recommend purchasing them.

When I charge the device, only one device show light.
And only one device can be used. I am wonder one get out of order in these few months

The product is smaller than I expected and seems very basic. It does cover visual and kinesthetic factors. However for what it is which is 2 eggs a charger and a basic app I think you could easily buy a small ipad with the money. The units are about the size of eggs and i am concerned that they will easily slip from my clients hands as they are smooth and if my client was nervous and had sweaty palms then this could be an issue. With many electrical items, especially at this price I was surprised there was not a case to transport and keep them safe. A simple pouch would have been useful as i am often mobile so dont believe they would last in my rucksack without protection. They do the job but probably better to go for wired as the price is not justifiable. I just received an email from EMDR Kit as they stated in the response and it was a return label and a copy and paste of what was on trustpilot??? I also feel that the response disregards my experience. MY young clients can be very nervous and that involves sweating hands. Try wetting your hands and using them EMDR Kit will soon find them on the floor.

Prompt delivery and quality product. Easy to use set up instructions. Thank you!

Supersnelle verzending en hoge kwaliteit zoals gewoonlijk

Sono molto soddisfatta dell'acquisto e della gentilezza degli operatori della vostra azienda

Sehr freundliche und hilfreiche Betreuung rund um die Bestellung.

Very good expérience

Of was goed service

My clients have loved the pulsars and he light bar. When I needed replacement parts, they were sent immediately. Also, an email I sent to customer service was answered at warp speed. Super satisfied!

Love my new EMDR kit, which I had purchased it sooner. A great addition to my practice!

I’m very pleased with my EMDR order and my clients like it better than my original tappers that had wires on them. Service with this company is great and I received my order very promptly.

I absolutely love the tappers and light bar, as do my clients! They came promptly after ordering so I was able to use them soon after purchasing. I made a post on my business social media about how I was looking forward to receiving the Pulsie stickers but mine unfortunately didn't have them in the package. EMDR Kit was generous to then send not only Pulsie stickers but some more merch from EMDR Kit to make up for it! 100% would recommend. Side note - I love how the light bar and tappers could be personalized with different colors for different clients!

Ho appena comprato il kit emdr. Mi piace molto ma non capisco perché le cuffie non .i si carichino più del 70%. Ogni tanto la carica indica 80% e poi 70%, oscilla ma non supera mai 80%. È normale o sono difettose? Grazie mille
