Emenac Packaging USA レビュー

Great to work with! Many edits by Chris, including the initial set up after digital elements were sent by me - very patient with us- Extremely Accommodating.. Great quality - will use over and over!

Great work. Natasha and her Team quickly helped me through the process, honoring all the minor changes I had through the progression of the project. Will work with them again for sure

The finished project turned out nicely, however, there were issues. When I first started with Emenac on this project, I was working with a rep named Steve. After a short while he was replaced with Natasha, who handled the project to completion. Throughout the proof process there were numerous issues requiring the proofs to go back to prepress. Although everything was resolved it took considerable time to finish this project, considering my first conversations with Emenac were at the end of last year, 2016. Natasha tried to handle everything professionally and in a timely manner, it seemed to me like there were things happening out of her control. The last issue was the entire job was printed and it did not match the proofs, so it had to be completely reprinted. So there appears to be some communication issues in house at Emenac. Like I said, the finished product is nice, it just took a long time.

Great to work with! Many edits from our side- very patient with us- Extremely Accommodating.. Great quality - will use over and over!

I was in need of a rush order and they were able to make it happen. Very happy!!

Great job! I liked Emenac Packaging's service, they were professional and were able to rush my order when I needed it. Natasha was the one to help me out and she was very responsive and quick to make changes if I needed them. Their attention to detail and their graphic mockups are very impressive. Will definitely work with them again!

I had an exceptional experience when working with Emenac Packaging. I have used them twice in developing our product packaging. I gave them a very short deadline and they were able to meet my request. My sales rep went above and beyond to help us get our packaging in-time for our show. We will definitely be using Emenac in the future!

I had an excellent experience with Emanac Packaging. Michelle was great, always trying to accomodate my needs. Even with little time available, she pushed my order through and I received it the day she said I would. The quality of the boxes and stickers is great, and her help to get to this point was outstanding. Will definitely recommend them.

Service has exceed our expectations. We have orderded 4 different boxes/designs and we absolutely loved how they turned out! Definately, we'll keep ordering our future packaging products from Emenac.

I must say that I was pleased with the effort that was put to accommodate my needs. Although what I wanted was not extremely complicated, my salesperson, Natasha, made me feel as though it was important to her to get what I wanted. I really appreciated that. I would recommend Emenac Packaging and Natasha to help meet the needs of someone looking for packaging. Plus the turnaround from approval to delivery was also good. Thanks.

I'm a businessman from Phoenix and have been in the industry since past 15 years. I have been using various companies for the packaging of my products and am always conscious of the quality and standard. Two years ago I came to know of Emenac Packaging referred by one of my friends and I contacted this company. I was worried about the quality but their sales person Harry proved to be a perfect handler who assured me and asked me to get a small try initially before doing major business. I tried with a small order but they were amazing with their sense of understanding and concern about the quality I demand.
Chris is the manager whom I found a really master of the industry who knows each and everything about packaging and boxes. I trust him and his team so much that a lot of time I am asking them to advise me what should be the right package, and they always comes out with wonderful ideas and solution.
They are always straight with the exact timeframe and clear with their delivery time and process. Sometimes the things are not in our hands but they always prove, to be honest and clear. I am working with them since that time and I recommend them to all the professional businessmen who are looking for a trustworthy partner.

Michelle Smith was incredibly helpful, thorough, and pleasant to work with. Our company has worked with at least a dozen different packaging and design teams, and Michelle gave us far and away the best experience we've ever had. She immediately understood what we were looking for, as well as the urgency of our need. Michelle helped us get the perfect design, and then she got it into production as soon as possible. From there she checked up on us every few days, making sure we knew the status of the order. NO ONE DOES THAT!! We were floored by how easy she made the entire process and are already working with her on another project!

shipped very fast, attentive staff, quality work!

Ive ordered packaging twice now and the customer service and product has been steller each time.

The quality is excellent and all the customer service is exceptional. Nathan always goes out of his way to help me with my projects and he responds to my emails right away. I'm very glad he handles our account!

I was very fortunate to have found Emenac Packaging for my client's needs. Within minutes of being on the website, I had the information I needed. I always had quick and thorough communication with the rep, Nathan, and I was kept informed every step of the way. Hope to continue using Emenac for future custom packaging needs.

Will do business with again.

They said the box is manufactured in New York but came from Parkistan with total defects.
Printing is messed up and contaminated with messy ink, defected lamination, color discrepancies, peeling off the lamination and loss of symmetry and you name it.
This company is lieing everything and fails to deliver as ordered.
In spite of multiple requesst of replacement, no answers.
They are on line brokers with no manufacturing capacity.
Be careful.

Supervisor Jeff is hiding and New supervisor Harry came up and said he is new. Mark who is in customer Service is also hiding
Harry asked me to remove this review from TRUST PILOT first for them to fix anyrthing.

I refused to do so to protect other people who might use this company.
I also found they use a fake address in Irvine in California where they are not registered according to that Office Sharing company 2372 Morse Avenue ,Suite # 313, Irvine, CA 92614

Excellent service in an online chat. Just 20 minutes from the “looking for printed boxes" to parting with money. Аnd only three days of parting with money before the dream come true. Quickly and efficiently, nothing more. If it suitable for you, that you need Emenac, online chat and Nancy.

I have been working with Mark Hill for almost a year. we are in a demanding industry. Mark and the company have bent over backwards to meet deadlines, price reductions and increasing graphic design changes.
I have read a few negative reviews and find it hard to understand. it must be either a disgruntle employee or competitor. I say this because we have been through some challenging projects together and Mark and her managers have always been ethical, professional and reasonable.
