Great service, price was as agreed with no hidden fees (something I have come across with this before) and painless. Fast and prompt appointments, would definitely use again if I needed treatment.

I had an emergency appointment on the Sunday was so relieved. The staff were all very friendly and Dr Kauser Zafar was so kind and patient with a nervous person. The extraction was not straight forward and she was brilliant. No pain , no problems. I would recommend them anytime

Easy to use got emergency appointment when needed most.

Emergency was fantastic. I had nightmare tooth pain, I could not eat, pain medications did not help. It was the weekend, dentist practices were closed. I could not wait until Monday. I did a Google search, up came emergency. The website was user friendly. I got an appointment nearby for within a couple of hours same day Saturday. Private dentist, treatment was excellent. It was fast, reliable, trustworthy, I recommend it when in need.It is worth it.

The process worked really well. Needed a tooth extraction urgently and my own dentist had no availability. Checked the Emerdency site and there were several dentists near me with same-day availability. Booked & paid via the site. Turned up at the dentist and the tooth was extracted very professionally. Excellent dentist and excellent service. Hopefully I'll never be in that situation again, but if I was, I'd use Emerdency again.

Very professional, thorough explanation of procedures throughout treatment

What a breath of fresh air. How many years have you been like me.. fighting to find an appointment, having to wait weeks, months for an appointment when you urgently need to be seen. And wondering why dentists can't be like the rest of the NHS... Why is it so hard??

On Monday this week a piece of my tooth broke off, exposing my gum. I rang my dentist and they couldn't get me in until the end of August. Scrolled the internet for another solution, and then I found Emerdency. I was sceptical to start with.. though it would be another expensive private dentist where I'll be paying through the nose. I checked the reviews and thought I'd give it a go.
Tuesday morning I found a dentist within a 15 minute drive, with appointments all day! I paid the £49 initial appointment fee, and when I was there the dentist said I could do with my tooth being taken out.... Which he did immediately (for only £120 extra!!
All completed on the same day, all within 30 minutes for £169!!

The fee layout is simple so you know what you're paying before you start, and it's just a little bit more than paying NHS prices but with the knowledge you can have it done so much quicker.

What a brilliant idea... Finally!

I didn't catch th dentists name, but he was amazing. He was so precise with the injections that I didn't even feel the needle go in. Very friendly, informative, and calm.

I would recommend this service to anyone who urgently needs a dentist... Would normally pay the NHS prices, but would happily pay a tiny bit more so that your seen immediately and it's all done and sorted

Booked online in the early hours and was seen at 9am. Very friendly but thorough examination with xrays and a course of antibiotics prescribe. Problem cleared up in 4.days allowing me to enjoy my holiday.

Very good work. Staff nice y help every time. I am very happy.

Attended rainworth dentel care on emerdency as i am not registered with a dentist.had 3 really bad experiances with my previous dentist.really bad experiance with a root filling.then could not remove the tooth and left me in agony before finally being cut to get the tooth out.so booked at rainworth after several weeks of pain and found everyone so polite and helpful.had a xray with showed the tooth to be cracked so only option remove it.this was done pain free and very quickly.fantastic job done and would recommend to anyone.5 star service.thank you.

I was in considerable pain from toothache. I was able to get an appointment the following morning (a Sunday!)
The dentist explained what had happened for me to be in such pain, how he could help and exactly what he was going to do. I needed an extraction (which is already guessed. It was pain free and a great relief afterwards.

They all went the extra mile looking after me I will be going back for sure

Dr Parmar at the Dental wellness centre in Coalville was amazing. He did a fantastic job with my broken tooth / Filling . Couldn’t believe how he literally re built my tooth!
