Visited in the evening for an upper molar extraction. I'm mildly autistic and incredibly nervous of the dentist due to bad childhood experiences. The dentist was very reassuring and gave extra numbing injections when asked which I appreciate. He was able to get my tooth out without cutting apart, as was suggested by my usual dentist. I cannot fault the actual experience at the time of having it taken out as it was mostly painless and not as bad as imagined, however as you'll read, he clearly did a far worse and destructive job getting it out than I had realised in the moment. Once I got home, I noticed a white line from the top of my gums to the empty socket, I thought nothing of this as white can be healing/growing gum tissue. When I phoned them the next day, they said with 100% certainty it was something they put in place to encourage a healthy clot. 24 hours on and this white line that had a sharp point since the moment of extraction, started cutting into my cheek. I had already messaged asking if the picture could be looked at by the dentist, they responded saying they would, but never got back to me after. The pain got worse and I found it too difficult to eat in order to take the prescribed antibiotics. With no response at all, I had to call another emergency dentist in Stafford who was immediately available and upon reviewing the photo, said it was my jaw bone exposed. They booked me in there and then to file it down and dress it so my gum can grow back over it. I'm sickened to my core that after charging me £400 for just a single extraction, they didn't even file the sharp point down or even care to tell me that it was my jaw bone exposed... Once sorted, looking to take legal action to ensure this doesn't happen to anyone else, medical negligence is a stain on the industry. Safe to say I'm definitely more scared of the dentist than I was before. Would absolutely not recommend to anyone who values their mouth. For your own sake, stick to your usual dentist if possible and get treatment promptly, do not leave it to a last minute practice in a dodgy part of stoke.

I was experiencing severe toothache and couldn’t wait another 24 hours to see a dentist, so I needed to find an emergency dentist late in the evening. I came across Night and Day Emergency Dentist, and thankfully they were open and able to see me straight away.

I was treated by Dr Ali, who was so welcoming, kind and reassuring from the moment I arrived. It turned out that my toothache was caused by a crack in the tooth, and the only option was to have it extracted.
I was absolutely petrified about having the extraction done, but Dr Ali reassured me throughout and explained everything carefully. He assured me that I wouldn’t feel any pain from the injection, and he was absolutely right — I went ahead with the extraction and genuinely didn’t feel a thing.

I’m so grateful to Dr Ali for making what was a very stressful and frightening experience so much easier. He was professional, reassuring and genuinely caring.
I would definitely recommend Dr Ali and Night and Day Emergency Dentist to anyone needing dental treatment.

Excellent service! My mother in law been in pain for passed 2 weeks and she is nurvas of dentist but this dentist made her feel calm from start to finish. Would highly recommend night & day emergency dentist. Will be returning if ever need any further work! Thank you to sully, Alice & anis ❤️

Horrendous experience. Long wait time, bad advice by a dentist who clearly didn't care about anything except money (did not advise that a clean was necessary or urgent to clear up the infection, got a vague response about that I should book a clean at "some point" and was not specific as to the timeline of this so I ended up booking a scale and polish for a month's time with a different dentist which obviously wasn't the type of clean I needed nor urgent enough. Prescribed 3 days of antibiotics. It was not clearly explained to me what was necessary to clear the infection. I asked her if 3 days was enough she advised 3 days is fine. My regular dentist advised 3 days for antibiotics was quote, "stingy" when I finally had to book a second emergency appointment with him because the antibiotics did sweet nothing to help the pain. He did the proper clean and prescribed 5 more days of double antibiotics on top of what she'd prescribed. A few hours after the clean with his help? I was basically pain free. I can't believe I had to find this out myself by researching online and contacting my regular dentist when the pain was still agonising) that a clean was necessary to fix the infection and the antibiotics would just help not fix it. Tried to make a complaint to this service and received excuse after excuse which my own dentist who actually knows what he's talking about, confirmed wasn't right. Go anywhere else for help.

Worst dental place..stay away. Money oriented and unprofessional. You cant even get to speak to practice manager as all problems handled only via delayed emails they then degrade the way they handle you and staff gang up on you if you are upset with the dental work. Staff are in and out of the rooms no pricacy. They took 195 pounds and did not do any proper job on bonding and did not refund on request. They were rude and the dentist walked off on me. Ridiculous. The 5 star reviews are not likely verified reviews. Do your research for good dentistry.

I was really nervous about having my tooth taken out, but they made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment I arrived. The tooth was definitely a tough cookie 😂 but they did such a great job getting it out, and the best part was that I didn’t feel any pain during the extraction.

Everyone was so friendly, reassuring and caring, and I really appreciated the follow-up message afterwards and the advice they gave me.

I visited the dental practice on 1st August for a tooth extraction at 6.00pm . It was a quick £20 for the initial examination to which I had 2 choices either root canal.treatment or removal as it was the back bottom right tooth i decided to have the tooth extracted . Dentist gave me the injection to numb the area and for the first time ever when he injected the area I got an extreme burning sensation across my lower lip. After going into the waiting room they asked me to pay the full amount for removal and sign a form which I did . After a short period I was called back in to start the extraction. This is where it all went wrong . So the dentist started and there was the general pushing, pulling but his tools kept slipping then he was putting extreme pressure on my jaw . I almost had to stop him as I feared he was going to dislocate my jaw . Then he got the drill on my tooth . I have had extractions before but never ever have I had a drill used . He dropped something into his tray . God I thought he has broken my tooth all I could think he is going to cut my gum to get the rest out . Then then took and x-ray and then once he viewed it told me the whole tooth was out he was just checking that nothing was left . To be honest except for the force on my jaw he didn't hurt me at all .He then said if I had any issues then.see my own.dentist. But , here is the but after the injection wore off I was very sore which I expected . Then the throbbing started and after a couple of days I was in constant pain and had a horrid taste in my mouth and couldnt open my jaw very wide. I couldn't stand it no longer so i visited my own.dentist and one look she told me I had a dry socket which would take a few weeks to heal and the jaw had been put alot of pressure due to the extraction .I fimally decided to put a complaint in as my husband said I should which I did . I finally heard back today 3rd September as there response was that the tooth fractured and it had to be removed surgically ( i wasn't told this after the extraction ) this is why the drill was used . Please don't put your care in there hand . They dont inform you if a problem arises . They just let you think all is well . Today is the first time my jaw isn't throbbing on and off all day . I wish I had waited for the Monday morning now and seen my dentist instead off forking out over £400 to be in pain for over a month .

Staff was very attentive and took care of my emergency in a timely manner the only thing that put me off a little bit was the price. When partner called to quote for my tooth extraction, he was told that the initial consultation would be £20 and £250 for the extraction but when I got there I was charged £450 for the extraction. I had no option but to accept due to my urgency but I wasn’t overly impressed by the change in price.

I have not been to a dentist in decades due to bad experiences. I could not put off a visit any longer as i had a dangerous loose molar tooth that was laying across my gum line. The bristol practice were very kind and talked me through everything. The procedure to remove the tooth was quick and painless as it was nearly out. I was given a deep clean and advised how to brush the backs and gum line of my teeth. Being seen same day on a bank holiday sunday was a relief and not having to have a separate new patient consultation was exactly what i needed. I had tried 15 dentists on the Friday closer to my home, and all of them insisted on a consultation first and signing up as a new patient and no guarantee of taking the tooth out. This service was exactly what i needed and worth the hours journey. The dentist and staff were very friendly and helpful, which put me at ease. I woukd recommend this service.

please note this dentist offers the cheaper consultation how ever treatment is very over priced i got quoted £500 for a tooth out i decided too try another dentist where the cost was just £170 massive difference i ended up at eston dentist total cost £27.50 so my advice shop around this dentist will see you emergency only and what a difference in the costs

Everyone was very nice at a time when I was in pain. The dentist resolved my issue and even gave me a plan going forward in order to make the repair permanent. I was scared I would lose my tooth as I had had pain for nearly a week. However, that didn't happen so I was very grateful about that. I did think the dentist could have spoken a little slower but it was very busy and he had a lot of people to be treated. He did a great job and I was able to carry on with my holiday plans because my toothache had been resolved and despite being busy he didn't just give me extraction as an option but actually spent a bit of time explaining other options.

Every step of the treatment (2 stages of a root canal) was clearly explained by the dentist. Skilled dentists were able to save a tooth that my normal NHS dentist only offered to remove.

Exceptional care received! After receiving conflicting advice of treatment versus self care, I sought a second opinion from Dr Ally. Impeccable professionalism, wonderful communication and swift action resulted in a smooth extraction and abscess drainage! I couldn’t fault their care!

Very expensive. Over £400 for wisdom tooth removal but had no choice as I was in agony. Dentist nisar was nice, a little rough but nice and Hamza nurse was friendly. Receptionists were lovely

I was having throbbing pain in my wisdom tooth for months and it was easily cleared by Dr Rizwan Ahmed. He clearly explained the whole extraction procedure and it was painless. I'm really happy about their service and also thanks to all the staff for their service and support.

I had two wisdom teeth extracted in an emergency appointment. Dr Jaafar carried out the procedure with ease and calmness.

I am a very nervous patient and he was so reassuring, polite and well mannered. Extremely kind and caring.
