Perfect
We just came back from our holiday in Italy and we stayed in the northern, Walser area.
Our host/owner was super friendly and very accommodating in giving tips what to do in the area. We did everything he suggested.
The house was beautiful with a surplus inventory. The little things made the difference: bathrobes, coffee pads, games etc.
Emma village is a very professional company and we will definitely book more often through them.
We had a wonderful holiday, thank you.

Plezierig contact, mooi huizenaanbod
Het contact met Emma Villas was professioneel en plezierig. Ze hebben een mooi aanbod in grotere huizen. Wij huurden met een groep van 9 volwassenen en 2 kleine kinderen Cascina Monferrato, een ruim mooi huis met een mooie buitenruimte. Contact met beheerder Luca verliep ook soepel en plezierig.

Prachtige villa met uitzicht over Garda meer
Prachtige villa met uitzicht over het meer en dorpen op de oever. Heerlijk zwembad en prettig terras rondom het huis. De nodige toestellen werkten allemaal, een beetje jammer van de "italiaanse" stopcontacten we hadden steeds een tussenstukje nodig ook voor de lokale over, koffiezet, waterverwarmer. Vier goede kamers (beschrijving op de website was niet helemaal correct, de realiteit was bete.)
Enige kleine minpuntje de zetels op het terras waren van mindere kwaliteit.
Erg tevreden over ondersteuning en correct informatie.

VILLA DOLPHIN Massarosa
We had a wonderful stay in the beautiful villa in Massarosa. A fantastic view at the sea made the infinity pool dives and dinners from the well equipped outdoor kitchen and dining table, unforgettable. We were welcomed by the very friendly Alexandra at the villa, who supported us the whole week with recommendations about restaurants in the area. She even made the reservations for us, so that we could enjoy the always delicious Italian dinners with our two families travelling together.
The service Emma Villas gives to travellers, was this time again top notch. Also from the office in Sienna with a special appreciation to Elisa and Clara !

Abbiamo soggiornato in Puglia a Villa Floria: la location è strategica, tranquilla ma in posizione comoda per le spiagge più belle. A venti minuti d'auto ci sono luoghi incantevoli da visitare. La casa è molto bella, piscina super. Ma quello che ha fatto la differenza sono Nicoletta e Guglielmo: sempre pronti a dare consigli, disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza del cliente, ci siamo sentiti coccolati e a casa !! Servizio al cliente 10 e lode, non potevamo desiderare di meglio. Da consigliare assolutamente.

Fantastisch verblijf! Campodelta 8 Paciano
Juli 2025 met 6 personen verbleven in Campodelta 8 in Paciano Italië. Superverblijf met 4 ruime slaapkamers en 4 badkamers in toscaanse stijl.
Grote keuken met uitgeruste keukenspullen. Mooie overdekte buitenzit. Een steenoven pizza oven , een buiten bbq. Een prachtig groot zwembad en losse jaccuzi en schaduwdoek, ligbedden en een adembenemend uitzicht.
Kortom een fantastische ervaring. De hostess was zeer behulpzaam . Wij zijn super tevreden.

Villa Dada is a 5-Star holiday location !
Villa Dada is a luxurious property at a beautiful location, exquisite views and full privacy. We very much enjoyed our 1 week's stay at the villa with our children and grandchildren (totally 10 persons). All rooms are big and all have climate control. Enough entertainment in the house: pool table, table football and an outside tennis table. The pool is large and surrounded by sunbeds. Outside terrace include a large dining table as well as a BBQ. The one "downside" (if you may call this a downside) is that you do need a car to reach supermarket(s) for the daily shopping (about 20/25 minutes drive). Communication with Emma Villas is excellent, Simone always promptly and accurately replies to any questions you may have. All in all: a 5-Star place to enjoy a wonderful and relaxing holiday !

A fantastic place to stay if you want…
A fantastic place to stay if you want to be near Rome. The villa is located in beautiful surroundings overlooking the area where the Romans are living. Nice small towns with traditional great Italian food and wine.
The house is located near a small train station making it very easy to jump on the train and access Rome with all its fantastic scenery, architecture and history.

What a Wonderful Italian Vacation
We just got back from a wonderful vacation in Italy. During part of our vacation, we had the pleasure of staying at Antica Villa Merelli 24. Everything about this villa was perfect. Working with the Emma Villas team could not have been easier. From initial booking to helping with a last minute airport transfer for our large group, they could not have been more accommodating. We also enjoyed a wonderful wine tasting and lunch and had an in-villa cooking class and dinner all curated by Emma Villas. Our group ranged in age from 17 to 70. And we all had a wonderful time. I highly recommend Emma Villas and Villa Merelli.

Wonderful Villa Monnalisa
Wonderful time at Monnalisa Villa. Beautiful property and lovely villa. All the conveniences needed and fabulous AC. Everyone in our large group (12) raved about how wonderful this experience was. Tommaso was a amazing host. He not only helped us get from the Florence train station, find a restaurant that would take our large party late, but also delivered ping pong balls when we stepped on the last one not lost in the rosemary hedge. Can't wait to go back.
