Worst customer service I have ever dealt with.
We stayed in a villa just outside Rome. (At a cost of €4,000) - VILLA SYLVA 6+2 25/05/2024-01/06/2024
The hot water / boiler failed multiple times meaning no hot shower for the majority of our stay. I have 2 young children who had spent hot days touring Rome and I have a stoma so hygiene is important to me, so this impacted us significantly. The concierge lied to us on several occasions. I raised a formal complaint multiple times, interestingly Emma's villas are really consistent in that they prefer to ignore people . After constant chasing (emails, WhatsApp’s) I was offered a €500 voucher, which I declined. On the 14th January after more chasing, they escalated it to their management team - guess what - I haven't heard a thing!
I will proceed with the complaint via the ECC.
Beautiful villas - but the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I urge you to book elsewhere.
I have today tried to follow this up as a matter of principle - I will edit this review if i have any satisfactory outcome.

We are sorry for this but as stated in the general conditions of our contract, during the high season compensations, where applicable, are handled by our management team at the end of the tourist season and issued within the year.

The property is very good, but the organization is world-class. The support and on-site management are truly first-class. We had a super easy-going interaction with Andrea. Andrea is very personable, perfectly organized, and very customer-focused. We've already reviewed several properties, but we really liked Andrea's straightforward manner. He explained the property in great detail and competently and was always available by cell phone. Property and service/on-site management = 10 points!

Excellent Villa company with great properties
Used Emma Villas for the first time this summer and didn't know much about them but they were excellent, We stayed in two different Villas in different parts of Tuscany for one week each and both were excellent.
The descriptions were accurate, owners of both met us and could not have been more helpful and there was lots of communication before we arrived to explain everything we needed to know.
Will definitely book with them again,

La villa vacanze è una struttura curatissima, funzionale, moderna, pulita e molto accogliente. La cucina è fornita di qualsiasi accessorio, compreso cantinetta per vini. Da ogni stanza si vedono scorci mozzafiato e dall'ampio e stupendo giardino si vedono tramonti spettacolari. La proprietaria è gentilissima e molto attenta alle necessità del cliente. Nonostante conoscessimo gli standard Emma Villas, di alta qualità, questa struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative. Consigliatissimo!

Amazing villa in impeccable condition…
Amazing villa in impeccable condition with large garden and perfect views to the countryside. So good we did not want to leave. It was made even better by the great service we received from Federica who was helpful with everything from suggesting best local restaurants to responding quickly to any requests we had. We will definitely return as 3 generations of the family fell in love with the place!

Wonderful and peaceful stay
We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Rosolini, Sicily. The location was perfect for a peaceful, remote escape—quiet, scenic, and truly relaxing. The villa itself was lovely and well-maintained, with charming outdoor spaces and a comfortable atmosphere throughout. The pool area was amazing! The only minor downside was the kitchen layout and some of the appliances, which could use a bit of updating for convenience. There were also no shelves to put soap on in the showers. Still, overall, a fantastic experience—we would definitely return!

Die Perfekte Oranisation im Vorfeld und eine wunderschöne Villa mit einer sehr sehr guten Ausstattung vor allem auch in der Küche.
Der Pool war sehr gut gepflegt ebenso wie der Parkähnliche Garten.

Ennesima esperianza positiva con Emma Villas.
Emma Villas ormai è un riferimento fisso nell'organizzare le nostre vacanze, ci siamo affidati a loro per le ville delle nostre ultime 5 o 6 vacanze e non abbiamo mai avuto nessuna brutta sorpresa.

We had a wonderful stay at our Emma Villa’s Villa in Tuscany, Cetona. We were incredibly happy with the standard of the Villa which had its own pool for only us to use and the communication was excellent throughout. I felt it was excellent value for money and an experience we really want to have again.
