Anfänglich war die Qualität recht gut, hat jedoch zwischenzeitlich so sehr nachgelassen, dass man sagen muss "absolut nicht epfehlenswert, da gibt es bessere Produkte"

It’s a very expensive toothbrush that failed after 2 years and they didn’t want to replace it. So I bought another one which did not work straight out of the box. Contacted the company but they didn’t want to replace because the company I bought from closed down and local distributor didn’t care as I haven’t bought from him directly and couldn’t provide copy of the receipt - it was misplaced and couldn’t get reprint because the shop closed down.

LOOK AFTER YOUR CUSTOMER !!!

Update; The company did proactively resolve the refund issue. I then re-ordered and they sent some additional items due to the issues I had.

Unfortunately my rating does not go up. Why? Because I received a unit that does not work at all. I suspect the unit has been sitting around for so long, the battery has depleted and been permanently damaged (lithium ion). So now I have an order that I cannot use.

Ich habe mir eine teure Ultraschallzahnbürste (bitte nicht mit einer Schallzahnbürste verwechseln!)gekauft und festgestellt, daß sie nicht hält, was versprochen wurde. Sie putzt nicht. Weder wird der Zahnbelag entfernt noch der Bildung von Zahnstein vorgebeugt. Das spezielle Putzprinzip funktioniert nicht.
Die vielen Internetseiten von irgendwelchen Zahnärzten und Praxen, die diese Zahnbürsten so sehr loben, sind mit Sicherheit für ihre Werbung bezahlt worden. Ich habe Kundenbewertungen gesucht aber keine gefunden. Ich selbst durfte nach dem Kauf auch keine Bewertung abgeben. Jetzt ist mir klar warum. Ich kann nur jedem vom Kauf einer Ultraschallzahnbürste abraten. DAS PUTZPRINZIP EINER ULTRASCHALLZAHNBÜRSTE FUNKTIONIERT NICHT!

Consiglio a tutti questa azienda ed i suoi prodotti.
Dopo essere incappata in un disguido causa il vettore e con Paypal che se ne è fregata altamente della situazione nonostante le garanzie che paypal offre, ho contattato il venditore direttamente in Germania (operatore che comprendeva sia inglese che italiano) ed immediatamente mi hanno spedito un altro spazzolino ad ultrasuoni nonostante il primo sia tuttora giacente chissà dove.
Hanno spedito, a spese loro, con servizio premium e mi è arrivato meno di 48 ore dopo.
Quest'azienda fa onore alla nota correttezza ed efficienza tedesca.
Il prodotto è fantastico e mantiene le promesse reclamizzate in fatto di igiene dentale ed orale.

Had my emmi-dent for a few days now. My mouth feels much cleaner after brushing, and it's very gentle. Very pleased so far. I will update after a few more weeks.

It's now several months later. Still loving the toothbrush, however the toothpaste is expensive, especially as it can only be purchased on-line, however more people are starting to stock it now. Factoring in the P&P, and assuming you're going to buy say 2 tubes, the cheapest I've found it is averaging out at £6.00 a tube. It would be brilliant if EMMI-DENT operated a free P&P scheme for regular buyers, or a subscription service. For this added expense, I give **** instead of *****
