Great customer service! First, I ordered a replacement TV remote device and spoke with Sherwin Donato.. Then later the same day I found my remote device so I called back to see if I could cancel my earlier order… no problem for Sherwin. Both contacts were excellent.

The Samsung Representative I spoke to her name is CRISTELYN PACLIPAN and she was very helpful and very attentive. I couldn't figure out the name of the part I had trouble she took the time and sent me a photo of the schematic part through my email to make sure It was the part i was looking for. I just wanted to know if she knew what part I was trying to replace and we figured it out and the name of the part. I ordered the part right away as soon as she said they had the replacement part. I definitely call back if I need replacement parts.

Today, I received excellent customer service when i needed to cancel my order and reorder the correct item. The representative made the process easy and efficient.

Teresa was able to identify and locate the exact replacement part which I need. This was not an easy or obvious part to find, but she kept troubleshooting and searching for it with me on the line until it was located. Two prior representatives were unable to go the extra mile to ensure the correct part was ordered (which resulted in me receiving the wrong part ). She was patient and kind and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

She patiently guided me to the part needed to repair a leak in my LG fridge icemaker, sending me schematics and part numbers, walking me thru visual exam of related parts, etc. Part ordered is due for delivery today!! I was on the Samsungparts.com trying and failing to find the correct part # replacement water filter for my refrigerator. YURI came on the chat and quickly gave me the correct part number. Toni, was the rep who helped me today. Toni, was very helpful in correcting the issue with my initial order and helped me quickly place the order for the correct part needed for my repair.
