The LG company rep, Kris Belle, deftly handled my problem and even texted me a photo of the shelf that I needed for my LG refrigerator. I had just gone through a disappointing exchange with a "on line assistant" on a related website, so I was delighted that Kris was a live person able to immediately solve my issue. I was also grateful that she pointed out I would need only the plastic frame for the shelf, and not the glass insert. She was top notch.

I had the pleasure of working with Teresa from Encompass Parts when I called in to inquire about parts for a Midea Due portable AC. Teresa was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure I received the correct part. She even ran across the warehouse to check on the availability and accuracy of the part I needed, demonstrating outstanding dedication and customer service.
