Hi Steph,
I’m sorry again that your order took longer than you expected to arrive. As mentioned via email, your package was dispatched on time, but unfortunately took longer than usual through Royal Mails network. The timelines we post on our website are marked as best estimates as sadly we are unable to guarantee delivery times for this reason.

To keep our delivery prices reasonable, our Economy shipping option is untracked, though we do offer Tracked upgrades at checkout for more time-sensitive orders.

I have still only received one of the…

I have still only received one of the items ordered and await information regarding and delivery of the rest. Products were not cheap . They were ordered mid December and have still not

Item I ordered was posted promptly

Item I ordered was posted promptly, but unfortunately delivery was by late due to the inefficiency of the Royal Mail.
Email that I sent to vendor was answered
Immediately and concern was shown about non-delivery.
Item was delivered eventually and I am very pleased with it.

Great gift for a theatre fan

Easy to use website. Quick delivery and great communication at every stage. Brought the games as a gift for my theatre mad son. There no chance of any one else winning😄
