Encore Gifts is a small business aimed at providing musical theatre gifts to fans. We do not handle any tickets or bookings.
Useless husband buying late gift
As a typically useless husband, I ordered something last minute for my wife's birthday. The item was out of stock everywhere other than Encore Gifts. Once ordered, I emailed in to confirm that I would get it before my wife's birthday. I quickly received an email to say it'll be dispatched soon. The next day it was dispatched and it arrived a day later, well in advance of my wife's birthday. The process was easy, quick and friendly! I'd thoroughly recommend this business and I'll be using them more in future!

I'm pleased with the products I ordered (embroidery kits), but it took 4 weeks for them to be delivered. They were very helpful when I emailled asking about the delays and sent me the tracking info, but still that's a very long time to wait.

So pleased with secret Santa gift.
I ordered a broadway themed charm bracelet for secret Santa gift. The bracelet is perfect. Really lovely, I’m so pleased with it. It was difficult to find a gift for a broadway lover but this bracelet is perfect! Great value for money. I will definitely order from this website again.

We always try our best to keep our prices competitive where we can. Unfortunately when we are working with third party small businesses this is not always as simple.
If you order items from various different suppliers, the items are posted separately direct from them to reduce any delays on you getting your order.

Amazing quality and delivery time
I ordered from Encore 7 days ago expecting that it would arrive at least 10 days later as suggested on the website, meaning that the gift I purchased would be late for when I needed it, but decided to buy the items anyway. I was pleasantly surprised when the first part arrived three days later, and the rest of the gift today, all before when I needed it and faster than advertised, a pleasant surprise. I’m happy with the product quality and would definitely buy from here again. My only criticism is the lack of text updates regarding the parcels status, as I only received one when it had been shipped and had no idea how long it would take to get to me, but this does not knock it off of the five stars it deserves. Thank you so much :)
