I had never looked into myself and dealt with past trauma, with Helen's Havening technique I was able to do so and find a paths to move forward and begin my healing journey

Endless Possibilities is a complete game changer. After trying many different forms of therapy to help with my sleep, mental health and general wellbeing to little effect, I embarked on sessions with Helen and I cannot recommend it enough. Helen is kind, informative and incredibly well qualified.
Endless Possibilities is aptly named, because my outlook on so many aspects has become positive and unencumbered.

As a new comer to Havening I was a little nervous , sceptical and excited all at once, how could this work. After only 1 session with Helen , I was blown away . I couldn't believe how lighter I felt in myself. How thing felt different for me , all for the good . It's an amazing therapy and I would 1 million per cent recommended it to everyone ... Just try it and you will be amazed

I was transformed from negative to positive thinking by attending to the coaching sessions.

The self havening techniques , calmed me down, gave me hope

Working with Helen through the Positive Intelligence programme has been truly life-changing. Her calm, insightful coaching helped me identify my Saboteurs and gave me the tools to quieten them—something that has transformed the way I think and respond to challenges. Helen creates a safe, supportive space that made it easy to open up and grow. I now feel more focused, resilient, and positive in both my personal and professional life. The style of the Coach is deeply engaging, enabling and empowering.
During and after the 4 weeks programme, there was a sense of a renewed energy from the core of my being that kept me going after the end of the programme seeing me exploring and imploring further resources
A new fire of certainty and determination was set alight in me.

Also, I found her style very respectful, and honouring of each participant, upholding each person's dignity that allowed for greater authentic open communication

I was very positively impacted with the way she approached goal setting. This enabled me to revisit my initial goals and take a further look at the end of the 4 week session and update them from a place of greater alignment with my inner most deep values.

The varied resources she provided during the programme ensured I had a rich variety of options to choose from .
All in all, a renewed inner freedom has being fanned within me as like a fire come more alive. .

Helen was a great facilitator and a real people person.

Helen does a great job in making you feel comfortable and in safe hands, and at the same time being knowledgeable and pragmatic. She led me through the Havening process with regards to a couple of negative experiences in my life. I found the process easy to follow and enjoyable, but at the same time it helped me realise few hard truths from the past. I can recommend her services!

I have been able to learn practical techniques on how to control and mange anxiety which can be incorporated into daily life and routine.

This course has been the best present I have given myself and why not do the same for You or a loved one.

Helen is amazing. She created a safe space to talk and share and learn new ideas and techniques for approaching emotional intelligence and stressors.
To look at beliefs and behaviours and to create new ways of changing these beliefs and behaviours and approaching new goals.

All I can say is I have had the best experience with Helen, when I was really struggling with panic attacks she helped me so much, she was so kind and supportive though the whole process and always keeps up to date to see how things are going, I was provided with the best advice to help me with my situation and everything worked! I have to say it was a relief in itself to work with Helen
