Enfields have been great from start to finish, from marketing the property to exchange took 6 weeks which is fantastic. Sam was incredible throughout ensuring everything was being pushed through as quickly as possible. Being based in Scotland was a slight worry for me, but Enfields put me at ease and guided me every step of the way.

Excellent professional service, from the initial valuation all the way to completion and beyond. We had the pleasure of working with Will, Sam and Shaun from the Shirley office, all of whom went out of their way to help with a particularly challenging transaction. Compared to other agents we have worked with in the past, these are the best and we would absolutely use them again in the future.

Enfields were really helpful throughout the purchase of my first home. Communication was great, they always updated me with info from the seller and were really prompt in replying to my emails. Sam dealt with the beginning of the process and Shaun the rest of it until we completed. Both were really easy to talk to, helpful, polite and professional. Shaun was great at dealing with communication between the seller and myself, even through the problems and difficulties that came up with the solicitors. I would use Enfields again from my experience with them.

During the sale of our property everyone at Enfields was very helpful and supportive. The approach from the whole team was very professional. Thanks in particular to Sam and Shaun for making the sale of our house run smoothly.

I've dealt with Enfields a couple of times over the past few of years, I purchased my property through them and Sam/Shaun were excellent when I purchased so I used them to sell my property and they found a buyer very quickly and everything went smoothly. I've already recommended them to my friends and family.

I bought my first flat through Enfields and primarily dealt with Sam, as well as Shaun. They always kept me in the loop and I didn't have to chase them for anything. Along with my efficient solicitor at Dutton Gregory, the whole process only took 2 months!

We recently sold our property through Enfields and were very happy with the service provided. We were fully updated and informed throughout which made the process a lot less stressful. There is a very good sense of team spirit in the Southampton branch and each member of staff was able to help and if not always made sure you got a call back. Whilst they suggested options for us we never got pushed into anything which was a good feeling. Would recommend for anyone buying/selling in the Southampton area.

Sam did a fantastic job for us selling our home in Shirley whilst we were living in Australia. He dealt with a complex set of circumstances to achieve a deal which both seller and buyer were happy with. I would always recommend you in the future.

Recently purchased a property using Enfields. Whilst it took a bit of time, the team was really professional and helpful. Kept me in the loop and all in all was a good first time buying experience. Further thanks go to Sam and Shaun for all their help!

Enfields (Sam and esp.Shaun) were extremely helpful when dealing with unreliable and unresponsive law firm which was dealing with our case during purchase of our flat in Southampton. We believe Shaun actually saved the deal as the seller would lose his patience if Enfields didn't intermediate on all sides. Jack from lettigs department was also very helpful and informative in the after-sale period. We were very happy with Enfields and highly recommend them.

Excellent service from the whole team. It didn't take long to get a buyer and once we did the whole team moved the sale through keeping us up to date and dealing with all and any issues that appeared. The sales team worked really hard and didn't stop until a buyer was found, We had an amazing number of viewing booked in a relatively short period of time so we really impressed with their reach and marketing.
Once they'd found us a buyer we were kept up to date and they liaised with the solicitors and clients to ensure the sale went through as smoothly and quickly as possible.

Enfields was very helpful when representing the seller of a property I purchased. The transaction was part of a larger chain, and the team at Enfields did an excellent job in managing all links of the chain.

We have used Enfields to manage our rental property and then to sell it. We have been very impressed with the service we received for both transactions. We have always been kept informed about letting and selling issues. The staff are friendly, approachable, professional and very knowledgeable. They are a local firm who know the market extremely well. We would always use Enfields in the future and have no hesitation in recommending them highly to others.

Enfield's were brilliant from start to finish. Their agents give honest advice but also respect your privacy and aren't to intrusive. Other companies we viewed houses through force you to fill out forms after every house you visit which we found very time-consuming and extremely tedious. Enfield's only contact us when they thought they had a new property that we'd be interested in. The two people who we dealt with, Sam Binnington, and Shaun Jordan were extremely professional as well very understanding about our needs. They provide help throughout the process and were able to talk us through the jargon as first time buyers.

A very professional estate agent who know their stuff without being overly salesy. They were clear and upfront with the process and costs from the start, and used data to help me decide the right price to pitch my house at. They kept me updated with viewings and feedback. They advised well during the bidding process, so I felt I got the best possible offer. From offer to sale they kept me updated regularly, communicated well with the other estate agent in the chain and kept the solictors moving.
Overall, they did everything a good estate agent should do. Thanks to Sam and Shaun's hard work, my house was on the market for about a month before offer accepted, and about 10 weeks from offer to completion. I'd definitely recommend them again.
