I have had a great experience working with Engage. The team has been supportive, professional, and always quick to respond. They made the process of getting into schools smooth and straightforward. I really appreciate their consistent communication, the fact that there are always shifts available, and that they truly value work quality while stating their objectives clearly. For anyone genuine and passionate about working with schools, I would strongly recommend Engage. I am still with this team and actively trying to explore all the excellent opportunities they offer.

I dealt with Anathi and Jo and I couldn’t thank them enough. It wasn’t easy the registration process for me as I was struggling getting in contact with previous work place for reference but Anathi reassured me and kept responding back to queries via email swiftly and managed to get everything sorted- couldn’t have asked for a more better expirience

I've had the absolute privilege to have Hadleigh and Suela do their upmost to get me on board with Engage Education! They have been incredibly professional - whilst being upfront, friendly and building a friendly space for really getting to know me personally. Both these ladies kept me in the loop at all times, and I am so thankfull for their support and dedication during the process of getting the 👍 to teach!

I had good experience working with Engage and consultant Laura .She is a very kind and approachable . She communicated friendly and I was well informed.

Engage have been incredibly difficult to contact with regards to invoicing queries. No response from Brighton Office, Finance in Watford or the customer care email or phone number. Finally resolved our account issues after nearly 2 academic years with Engage just sending across the credit we have been asking for in an automated email, still no person has spoken to me. We will not be using them again. It seems their communication is poor for both potential staff they onboard and also their customers, the schools.

I had a really positive experience with Engage Education. I particularly want to thank Darren, who was my main point of contact. Working with Engage this year has been seamless, especially with Dylan's support. Dylan really cares about placing the right candidates in schools, and it has been great working with him. Dylan supports me on the stressful mornings when we need urgent cover for ill staff and also with planned absences. Dylan is always listening to feedback, and has a great understanding of what we need as a school!
