Stacey has made the process of buying a home easy and quick. Between offer and Completion was 5 weeks which is an amazing turn around. Highly recommend her.

Stacey was amazing for us as first time buyers we didn’t understand a lot of the info we needed to give. She was very patient and understanding even explaining things further if we needed the help. She was always available on the phone and chasing enquires all the time. Couldn’t recommend her enough if you are a first time buyers like us.

The whole process from the first message to completion took 21 days and most of that was me waiting for bits and pieces from my accountant, so it would have been a lot quicker.

An appalling experience: definitely not recommended if self-employed. The broker failed to understand the requirements, nor to clarify them at any point, until we were left £995 out of pocket, nearly six months wasted and without a lender.

We set out clearly in advance what our requirements were and the broker failed to take them into account, which severely impacted the health of myself and my partner in the process.

Unfortunately, the protracted arrangement time meant that we wasted valuable time on an abortive application. A truly unpleasant experience, with far reaching implications for us, that we are still trying to recover from.

I cannot fault anything.
Stacey has been outstanding since the minute I contacted her. It has been an overwhelming journey to buy our family due to problems with a certain water company. Stacey has navigated everything with us, put up with my constant messages and tears. And has managed to secure us our family home. Everything has been explained to us and everything has been acted on quickly. We are so pleased we will be using Stacey again for our remortgage of another property!

I can't tell you how much I appreciated having Stacey through my mortgage process. I'd had a few bad experiences with other brokers, with them not really understanding my circumstances. Luckily Stacey knew exactly which lenders would be the best fit for me and ensure I could borrow the amount I needed.

I also had a bit of a challenging vendor, that meant there were a few changes with the mortgage during the process. Stacey was always there for me though - always going out of her way to get what was needed and always responding instantly. She was always there to push the lender along when needed too.

Great experience. Needed a remortgage in quick time. Chris was able to get me a great deal, better rate than I was offered elsewhere, and pushed it through for a quick turnaround. Would definitely recommend and would use Chris again.
