If you are buying a home and need a mortgage you need Stacey.

We bought our first home this year and had no idea about where to start with a mortgage let alone all the various options available.

Stacey was recommended to us, and hand on heart, we couldn’t have done it without her.

During our initial conversation she listened to our requirements and then advised us on all the options available to us and explained them and the whole process in words we could understand.

She was always always on hand, day, night and even when she was on holiday to assist with any questions from us and third parties.

She is so efficient and gets things done, all in a friendly manner, without being pushy and with a happy persona and smile. Which really does make the difference when you have other stressful things going on in with the purchase.

She continuously went above and beyond especially when being hounded by third parties. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

What she doesn’t know about mortgages no one does.

Really happy with the advice and help I got from Engage Financial Solutions. I own a shared ownership property and have been hit hard recently with all the interest rate hikes as I am on a low lifetime tracker and have been for years. I got in touch with the company to look at potential re-mortgaging options and Stacey couldn't have been more helpful. She went through the process really quickly and easily, took a few details and then went away to look at all my options. I have been given a number of alternative options, which I am currently taking the time to consider. We agreed that it would be best to ride out the next few months and see where the interest rates go before making a decision, but I am very happy that I at least know what's out there. It makes everything a little less daunting and takes a weight off my mind. It was also super refreshing that she gave advice and actually told me to wait as it was the best advice for me, rather than pushing me to "agree a deal" like previous brokers have because it was in their best interest.
