I was worried that I had left an engraved gift a little too late to buy, so I quickly ordered what I thought was perfect but forgot to include a line of engraving. I sent an email on the same day of ordering and my order was efficiently amended to the correct wording, and I was pleasantly surprised how quickly it was delivered (within 2 days) so in plenty of time for wrapping and presenting the gift on time, PHEW!!! Well done, would buy again

I was made up with the locket I ordered and when I had a slight issue a few months on, Engravers Guild went above and beyond to resolve it super swiftly. Couldn’t ask for more from them.

I purchased a beautiful locket from Lovelox in commemoration of my wonderful husband. I chose the gold locket with the birthday flower inscribed on the front. I was able to attach two photographs of my husband to my order and I had a meaningful inscription on the back. The photographs were inserted into the locket for me. The locket is just perfect and far exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much Lovelox.

just wanted to say how happy I am with the necklace I recieved today. I had it done for my daughters birthday in Oct. She had a daughter in Feb and wanted something nice but simple to mark her birth and wear daily.

Glass engraved and dispatched promptly. Well packaged and safely delivered by Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. Order placed on Sunday afternoon and delivered on Thursday. Excellent service, excellent communication via several email updates and very pleased with the appearance of the engraved letters. Very glad I used this company and wish every online firm was run as well as this one.

Not the experience when buying wedding gifts I was hoping for.

DO NOT START PERSONALISING UNLESS YOU INTEND TO BUY.

If you personalise gifts and don’t make you order….(change your mind) you will be heart broken. Likewise if you personalise gifts and make an order so that you don’t lose your designs you will be unable to cancel. Despite messaging immediately.

I would recommend looking elsewhere!

I ordered a whisky pewter glass for my friends husband as a birthday present. For some reason the delivery didn't go ahead so I had to contact the company to advise of my dissatisfaction.
James emailed me back and sent another one out straight away.
When I opened the box the glass was inside a black velvet bag. The glass is good quality and the stags head and bottom trim is lovely. I also had it engraved.

Even though it was a late birthday present. The receiver loves it. I am very pleased with the whole product and the customer services I received from James.

Really pleased with the item I ordered. I made a mistake when deciding what to have engraved and emailed to ask for it to be changed. This was done without any issue at all and the item arrived before I had even seen the response email. Very impressed with the service and the item. Would definitely order again.

Amazing from purchase to receiving the item! I purchased a memory necklace for ashes to go into the necklace itself it’s absolutely beautiful, the photo in the locket and engraving on the back is perfect! The company and their customer service was outstanding, they communicated with me throughout and ensured we received the necklace back before a birthday, this was well before their time frames so we were truly grateful! Fantastic delivery ordered a pocket watch for my son for his wedding day on the Saturday was worried it wouldn't arrive intime but arrived on Tuesday ! Was kept up to date with where and when would be delivered .Absolutely stunning watch very nice box and very pleased with engraving .
