Her zamanki gibi Booking.com üzerinden babam için araç kiraladık. Babamın geçerli bir kredi kartı bulunmaktadır. Daha önce de aynı kredi kartıyla, yalnızca iki gün önce, başka bir araç kiralama şirketinden hiçbir sorun yaşamadan araç kiraladık.

Ancak bu araç kiralama şirketine geldiğimizde, babamın sigortalı olmadığı söylendi. Kendilerine Booking.com üzerinden tam kapsamlı sigortanın satın alındığını ve bunun belgelerini göstermemize rağmen, sistemlerinde bunun görünmediğini ve bu konuda hiçbir şey yapamayacaklarını söylediler.

Bunun üzerine babam, sigorta konusunda herhangi bir sorun çıkarmadan aracı almak istediğini belirtti. Bu kez kredi kartından daha yüksek bir depozito tutarı çekilmeye çalışıldı. Ancak daha sonra, kendilerine göre kredi kartından gerekli onay kodu gelmediği gerekçesiyle işlemi devam ettirmeyi reddettiler.

Hayatımızda daha önce Türkiye’de hiçbir araç kiralama şirketinde böyle bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Üstelik aynı kredi kartını yalnızca iki gün önce başka bir araç kiralama şirketinde sorunsuz şekilde kullandık.

Sorunu çözmek için telefonla da iletişime geçmeye çalıştık. Ancak çalışanların tavrı son derece ilgisiz ve saygısızdı. Bize açıkça şikâyet etmemizi söylediler ve sorunu çözmek için hiçbir çaba göstermediler.

Bizi gecenin bir saatinde, şehirden uzak ve adeta hiçbir şeyin olmadığı bir yerde mağdur ettiler. İki yaşlı insanı gecenin ortasında araçsız ve çaresiz bir şekilde beklemek zorunda bıraktılar. Bu davranışı kesinlikle kabul edilemez buluyorum.

Üstelik ödenen paranın zaten kendilerinde olduğunu ve bu nedenle herhangi bir endişeleri olmadığını düşündüren son derece umursamaz bir tavır sergilediler.

Bu nedenle yaşadığımız mağduriyetin derhal incelenmesini ve ödediğimiz ücretin tamamının tarafımıza iade edilmesini talep ediyorum.

Bu şirketi kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Buradan kesinlikle araç kiralamayın. Yaşadığımız bu kötü deneyim nedeniyle Booking.com üzerinden ve ilgili diğer platformlarda resmi şikâyetlerimizi yapacağız.

Bu konunun ciddiyetle incelenmesini ve tarafımıza en kısa sürede geri dönüş yapılmasını bekliyorum.

Very disappointing experience with Enterprise in Alanya. I arrived for my rental on 15 May with a physical MasterCard debit card in my own name and sufficient funds for the €150 deposit, in line with the booking terms. However, Enterprise’s payment system could not complete the additional verification required by my Swedish bank, and they offered no alternative way to pay the deposit.

As a result, I was left without the car despite being ready and able to pay. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location.

I rented a car online, made a downpayment, and arrived at the stand to pick up my car.
We need an creditcard he told me, i said, did the downpayment with my debit card so why do u need a creditcard in a sudden? Blablabla we need a creditcard, i said my wife has one but that was not possible because the car was on my name. Its 22:30 i have 2 kids and it was my problem :)
Litterly 2 meter next to them was Sixt, went there, and seriously left 10 minutes later with a car, with my debitcard!
So please do anything but going to these scammers, because they will not help you with a solution! 1 star because i couldnt choose 0 :)

Jeg har lejet en bil gennem Booking fra Alamo, men så opdager jeg nogle dage før min rejse og får mail fra Enterprise at der er mellem firma Alamo, men jeg rejser og skal hente min bil fra istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, men så siger de at min bil IKKE er ledigt det er var en Ford Tourneo Courier Estate, og de vil så give mig en Renault Clio som de siger er samme klasse, men det er det ikke.
De vil upgrade den med en Renault Boreal til 7000 tl ekstra bliver nød til det, og acceptere det da jeg skal have en bil med stort baggage rum.
De vil så tegne ekstra forsikring til 10.000 tl. Og et depositum på 5000 tl.
I alt 22.000 men de trækker 27.000 tl.

Det jeg har booket har jeg også betalt på 25.000 tl med fuld forsikring de siger at den forsikring jeg har tegnet via booking er ikke noget værd og tegner den til 10.000.

Så jeg har lejet en bil 52.000 tl som skulle være 25.000 tl.
De svarer ikke på mine mails og tlf.
Har oprettet en klage via booking.

I booked a hybrid car (Economy - Automatic - Hybrid) with a rate of 222 EUR. Reservation 2117910438.
At the counter in Ankara Airport, the agent said he had no Hybrid cars, and refused to give me a higher category (normally, when the booked category is not available, a higher category is offered for the same price). I received a lower category "non-hybrid" car (Economy - Automatic). The rate for this car was 216 EUR. But I was still charged the higher fee (222 EUR).
The rental contract shows:
"RESERVED: ECO 4DR A/T HYBRID
DRIVEN : ECO 4DR A/T
CHARGED: ECO 4DR A/T HYBRID"
The agent said he could not change anything, and I should complain to customer service. Not very helpful, not willing to understand.
I reached customer service, and their answer was:
"When we reviewed our records, the rental rate for your reservation was adjusted by our office to reflect the vehicle category that was provided to you."
It was clearly not true. I was charged the original booked rate (actually, I was charged 226 EUR instead of 222, still don't understand why).
I felt cheated. The negligence of the agent and the lack of professionalism of the customer service are not what I would expect from a company like Enterprise. I Use this company very frequently in Spain, as we have a company rental agreement with good discount, and never had any issues. But the experience in Turkey has been disappointing. We are travelling to Ankara on a monthly basis now to cover a new customer, but Enterprise has been discarded as rental car provider.

Criminal organisation. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. Stole $2,000 from me. Charged my credit card. When I arrived there there they told me I was late and they had overbooked the car. They did not give me refund and did not offer any other car. Fraudulent organisation. Be aware

The worst experience on holidays!
This company on Antalya airport is a shame for Turkey!! They are rude, robbers!! Warnining everybody!!! Don't ever rent a car by enterprise. They ruined our whole vacation in 2025!
Always trying you to ripp off. By this company (enterprise) i will never go back to Turkey again!!!

This company and customer support destroyed my whole holiday! Do not rent a car from them!!!
It is a total mess and lack of service. Horrible!

The car had a technical problem related to the battery and the engine was not starting anymore.
It took them 1,5 days (!) to get a new working car to me.
I needed help of 4 people speaking Turkish to make this happen!

They do not compensate me for anything!

Absolute catastrophe.
I missed 2 appointments, and invested hours on the phone and texting with 5 different people. This company and lack of any service ruined my holiday.

Stay away from them!!

Obwohl mein Führerschein in Ihrem System registriert ist und ich angeboten habe, ihn sofort über E-Devlet vorzuzeigen, wurde mir die Anmietung verweigert.

Wir möchten ausdrücklich betonen, dass wir mit diesem Vorgehen sehr unzufrieden sind. Das Verhalten des Personals war nicht lösungsorientiert und wirkte zudem unhöflich und abweisend.

Unter denselben Voraussetzungen konnten wir bei einem anderen Anbieter problemlos ein Fahrzeug mieten. Dies zeigt aus unserer Sicht, dass es sich hierbei nicht um ein grundsätzliches Problem handelt, sondern um die Art und Weise, wie vor Ort mit Kunden umgegangen wird.

Wir bedauern diese Erfahrung sehr und fühlen uns als langjährige Kunden nicht angemessen behandelt. Aus diesem Grund sehen wir uns veranlasst, eine Beschwerde einzureichen.

21 Şubat 2026 tarihinde İstanbul Havalimanı Enterprise Rent A Car şubesinden, yaklaşık bir ay önce yaptığım ve 887735474614 numaralı rezervasyonla Hyundai marka bir araç kiralamam bulunuyordu. Uçağımın varış saatini ve pasaport işlemlerini hesaba katarak rezervasyon saatimi özellikle 08.30’a almıştım. Ramazan dönemi olmasına rağmen Havalimanı o kadar kalabalık değildi, saat 08.00 civarında şubeye ulaştım.

Görevli personele durumumu anlattığımda, 08.30’dan önce kesinlikle işlem yapamayacağını, beklemem gerektiğini söyledi. Ramazan ayında erken saat olması ve gereksiz yere 30 dakika beklemek istemediğimi, eğer sistemde mümkün değilse rezervasyonu iptal edip tekrar düzenleyebileceğimizi belirttim. Buna rağmen rezervasyonum iptal edildi ve sonucunda yaklaşık bir ay önceden yaptığım rezervasyon boşa gitmiş oldu.

Daha sonra çağrı merkeziyle görüştüğümde de son derece kaba bir tavırla karşılaştım ve bana herhangi bir çözüm sunulmadı. Bu süreçte hem zaman kaybettim hem de mağdur edildim. Haksız yere iptal edilen rezervasyonumun mağduriyet yaratmayacak şekilde telafi edilmesini ve Ataşehir şubesinden, aynı şartlarda ve ek bir zarar oluşturmadan yeni bir rezervasyon oluşturulmasını talep ediyorum.

Habe vom 8. bis einschl. 11. Februar am SAW Flughafen ein Fahrzeug bei Enterprise angemietet. Der Mietvertrag, digital erstellt, sollte mir umgehend per Mail zugesandt werden. Erst auf meine Anfrage am nächsten Tag, habe ich die *.pdf per WhatsApp erhalten. Bei der Rückgabe wurde mir das Rückgabeprotokoll wieder per Mail zugesagt. Bis heute (13.02.2026) habe ich nichts erhalten. Auf meine heutige Anfrage habe ich lediglich eine unverschämte Antwort erhalten. Der Wille ist da, das Personal ist sehr schlecht geschult und eher nachlässig. Es wird kein nächstes Mal geben!

Hired a car via Alamo (also owned by Enterprise) back in July / August 25. I experienced following issues with the car:

The automatic handbrake did not work.
The break peddle is starting to stick. This was noticeable when requiring to break at speed.
The tyre pressures were low (I had to pump them up).

I complained at the time of returning the car as well as afterwards but did not receive a response.

Suddenly in January 26 I receive a notification from my bank that they have taken 126.00 TRY from my account. Upon complaining to Enterprise they return the money but provide no explanation as to why the money was taken.

From my view this was a blatant attempt to discreetly steal money! This is completely unacceptable!!

To Enterprise - I have already emailed enterprise@ but yet to receive a response. PLEASE REMOVE MY PERSONAL DETAILS FROM YOUR SYSTEM!

SCAM with Car rented at Enterprise, Kayseri airport agency (Turkey), 500 euro deposit taken and never given back, customer care silent from more than two months...Is this Enterprise standard?

Enterprise hat eine Kaution auf meine Kreditkarte gebucht, mir eine Rechnung für Maut in der Türkei berechnet aber die Differenz von über 150 Euro selbst nach vier Wochen und mehreren Anrufen und Emails noch immer nicht erstattet! Ich hoffe meine Kreditkartenfirma wird mir jetzt weiterhelfen.

Absolute Katastrophe.
Jedes mal kommen Sie mit was anderem. Einer Anmietung im Flughafen Saw Istanbul kann ich nur abraten. Trotz Reservierung wollten Sie auf einmal eine Türkische Tel Nummer. Beim letzten mal wollten sie einen Strafzettel eintreiben, wo und warum dieser ausgestellt wurde wollten Sie aber nicht beantworten. Autos die Monate vorab bestellt wurden waren nicht bereit.

Really bad experience.
We rented enterprise for professional and reliable service but ended up with completely unprofessional reliable service.
We booked a car from a certain location but when we reached their they said sorry we don’t have your car and you will have to go to airport for collection. We were on holiday with young kids … all this wasted whole one day with express cost to get to airport.
They also trick you in to throwing in discounts with additional charges and give you all invoices in Turkish which you can’t understand. I have been trying to raise a complaint for almost one month ….. and to my surprise international firm like this don’t have this basic process to log complaint.
Horrible experience never opting for enterprise car rental ever again

Counter staff does not speak English
They make you sign contracts in Turkish
We we charged 15000 TRY after returning the car and being assured all was ok with the car
We received no closing statement for that amount

Great experience from the beginning to the end. I went to turkey thinking of all bad reviews and it wasnt like this at all. Very professional they gave a new care 2025 explained everything that i needed to know. I passed tolls so they took the money from deposit explained again every single thing. Excellent and highly recommended.
