Terrible customer service from the Digbeth Branch couldnât find me on the data base from the beginning itâs only when I had to get in touch with Emily from EB crash repair, who called them & they decided to go ahead with giving me a courtesy car which came in a filthy state, on arrival I noticed it was dented from the front left wing with scratch marks, not only this the inside back seats had white patch marks, to add the car air con & heating system smelt awful made me feel sick. The drive was so rough on it brakes /clutch worn out. Had it not been for work I wouldnât have even bothered taking it. I spoke with Alexander the branch manager on 28/3 & raised my concern he decided to offer me £50 compensation for lack of customer service & guess what itâs been over 10 working days no sign of refund. I was honestly hoping better from the branch manager. It wasnât even about the money itâs the principle of delivering great customer service which they have failed on. Donât think il ever be using them again neither will I recommend them to anyone. They get a 1 star rating from me.

Bonjour. J'avais besoin d'une voiture de prêt pour 3 jours et cette agence m'a été proposé par mon assurance. Le véhicule prêté était propre. Le personnel est réactif, à l'écoute, professionnel, trÚs agréable. Notre collaboration fût un plaisir. Le personnel vient vous chercher à domicile , vous raccompagne.

Suite à la panne de ma voiture mondial assistance m envoie pour récupérer une voiture de prêt chez entreprise rent-a-car Lyon la part dieu.
Contrat fait à la va vite, j ai le droit à 5 jours mais obligé de restituer au bout de 4 .
Caution 250 euros retirer le toit de la voiture abîmé
Aucun état de la voiture n'a été fait à la prise de véhicule.
Aucune preuve ne met fourni que ce soit de mon fait.
Vraiment honteux
Déçu par le manque de professionnalisme du personnel au moment de la prise du véhicule.

When my Mini broke down a courtesy car was arranged for me through Enterprise. I was badly let down by another car rental company so my expectations weren't high. Once they received the booking from the garage an Enterprise employee from the Thornton Heath branch contacted me within 30 minutes. He advised that they could get a car to me by 2pm the same day. Following his call I was contacted by someone else from Enterprise who made sure I was satisfied so far with the service. The car was delivered well before 2pm by 2 very nice gentlemen who ran through the paperwork, payment and controls of the car with me. I had the car for 2 days, until my own car was repaired. Returning it was easy. I dropped it off at the garage and they contacted Enterprise to collect it. I also phoned and spoke to the branch so they knew where the car was. I would recommend the Enterprise, Thornton Heath branch as I had a very smooth car rental experience with them.

Compassionate staff
Following an accident, I needed to have a courtesy car. At the same time as this my mother had been taken into hospital and my father was end of life whilst my insurance claim was going through. The staff at your Tunbridge Wells branch were very kind and understanding ensuring I had the right vehicle for me that I felt comfortable with, so a big âThank youâ to Fola and the team.

Puis 6 mois plus tard, j'ai la désagréable surprise de recevoir un courrier de Intrum (ste de recouvrement d'impayé) mandaté par entreprise me réclamant 100 euros. Je n'ai reçu aucune facture, ni relance ni n 'en connait la raison. Attention il semblerai qu'il soient coutumier du fait.

suite à une panne avec mon véhicule mon assistance me dirige vers ENTERPRISE METZ pour un véhicule de remplacement. Je laisse une empreinte bancaire et on m'envoie récupérer le véhicule dans un parking souterrain sombre peu éclairé. Nous faisons le tour du véhicule, la personne me signale que la plage arriÚre est manquante, sans le signaler sur l'état des lieux qui est fait à la va vite. Véhicule rendu avec remise de clé en boîte aux lettres prévu à cet effet. Quelques jours plus tard, ils me prélÚvent de 1700e de franchise d'assurance prétextant un éclat dans la bande noire du pare-brise!!! Impossible de joindre la responsable.. impossible de voir le véhicule et constater l'impact, véhicule soit disant de déjà en réparation. On nous présente une photo sans pouvoir certifier que c'est bien véhicule concerné! HONTEUX!!!!

I would give this zero stars if I could. No communication, no follow-up, zero customer service, and random billing for an insurance rental agreement. I was told one thing by the insurance company and the repair show, and Enterprise did the exact opposite. Despite my reaching out (after being threatened with legal action??????), my inquiries went somewhere into the ether. I sent more than 10 emails in hopes of better communication and received zero response. I would absolutely NOT recommend this Enterprise location and after this experience, Enterprise in general.

The car ended up in a Police compound.
Enterprise Chesterfield told me the car was accident damaged & undrivable & wouldn't tell me where the car was located. After some detective work I located the vehicle & went to inspect to find the car was perfect & undamaged.
Took photos & confronted Enterprise.
They're now backtracking, but meanwhile took £1500 from my bank without authorisation. Confronted again & told me it would be refunded after "costs" were deducted.
