I hired EntreTramites in late October to handle my company closure, with a clear agreement that the process would be completed in November. Under the management of Jhonatan Delgado, the process was delayed for months without any explanation, while they continued charging for accounting services they were not actually providing.
By the time any progress was made, we had reached January - causing additional administrative obligations that would have been avoided entirely had the original timeline been respected.
When the closure was finally being pushed through, I was presented with grossly inflated notary and registry fees, with no supporting documentation provided. When I requested a refund for the unjustified charges, they refused - and it was only after the intervention of an external law firm that the full amount was returned.
I would not recommend EntreTramites to anyone. What I experienced was negligence at best, and deliberate dishonesty at worst.

Once they take your money, the communication completely stops. Because of this terrible customer service and lack of support, I absolutely do not trust them or their services. If you need urgent paperwork done, save your money and go somewhere else.
My accountant has ghosted me and made me miss the submission deadline.
I've contacted customer service and they just tell me to wait and be patient despite racking up extra fees for each day that passes.

After three weeks of back-and-forth emails, I received an agreement review, which was essentially useless since it was completed via ChatGPT. Worst of all, the review omitted a crucial detail: that all parties to the transaction must be registered with the Spanish tax office.
I spoke with four different people who didn't communicate properly, constantly asking what to do. We wasted almost a month explaining the same situation over and over again instead of moving forward and resolving our problem. "Thanks" to these gestors, we ended up in an even worse crisis.
Very disappointing experience, and frankly unacceptable. Their practices raise serious concerns about reliability. They change your accountant every three months, and there are repeated tax errors.
They withdrew 14K from my account, and after more than two months there is still no resolution. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, and with no direct phone support available, I continue to receive the same generic responses promising a fix, yet nothing is actually resolved. The delays are excessive.
This level of service is unprofessional and unacceptable. I am now considering legal action.

I want to be fair here, because I believe the team at Entretramites means well. But our experience was poor enough that I feel obligated to share it so others can make an informed decision.
The owner/partner handled our intake personally and made a strong impression. After that, he essentially disappeared. When problems arose with our Beckham's Law application â problems stemming from advice his team gave us â I tried repeatedly to escalate. Multiple emails went unanswered. The owner only resurfaced after we'd already hired a qualified Spanish attorney to take over and salvage the situation.
The core issue, in my view, is that their team is based in South America and doesn't appear to have strong on-the-ground contacts or expertise in Spain. For straightforward cases, that may not matter. But for anything involving Beckham's Law or more complex immigration scenarios, you need advisors who truly understand Spanish tax and immigration law, not just the general process. The advice we received nearly cost us our Beckham's Law eligibility entirely.
If you're considering Entretramites for a simple visa application, your experience may be different. But if your situation has any complexity, especially around Beckham's Law, I'd strongly recommend working with a firm that specializes in Spanish immigration and has direct relationships with Spanish authorities.

A principios del año pasado cambié a este asesor porque mi anterior gestor no estaba teniendo en cuenta correctamente mis gastos. Antes de cambiar, pregunté de forma explÃcita si Entretramites tenÃa experiencia con negocios de e-commerce, especialmente con Shopify, y si podÃan gestionar correctamente mis ingresos y gastos en este ámbito. Dado que mi actividad es exclusivamente de e-commerce, esto era muy importante para mÃ. Me confirmaron claramente que sÃ.
Después de que me asignaran un asesor, le expliqué en varias ocasiones que era fundamental que todos mis gastos se tuvieran en cuenta. Me aseguraron que como muy tarde se incluirÃan en el siguiente trimestre. Sin embargo, esto no ocurrió. Incluso una declaración fue presentada todavÃa por mi antiguo gestor. Posteriormente me dijeron que todos los gastos se tendrÃan en cuenta en el siguiente trimestre, pero tampoco fue asÃ.
Subà todos mis justificantes cada mes, bien organizados, a través de la plataforma AON. A pesar de ello, solo se tuvieron en cuenta los gastos que envié adicionalmente por correo electrónico porque algunos no podÃan subirse técnicamente a la plataforma. Como resultado, se declaró un ingreso mucho más alto que el real. Ahora tengo que pagar impuestos que no corresponden a mi situación económica.
A mediados de diciembre comuniqué por escrito a mi asesor que querÃa darme de baja como autónomo y también en la Seguridad Social. Me confirmó expresamente que la baja se realizarÃa con fecha 31.12.2025. A pesar de ello, en enero siguieron cobrando la cuota mensual.
Después contacté directamente con Entretramites. Solo recibà respuestas estándar diciendo que lo revisarÃan, pero hasta hoy no se ha resuelto nada. Tuve que bloquear los cargos en mi banco, ya que siguen intentando realizar cobros varias veces por semana. Este comportamiento me parece muy poco profesional.
Además, la comunicación ha sido caótica: a veces en inglés, a veces en español, con largas esperas, sin respuestas claras y sin transparencia sobre los cálculos fiscales.
En general estoy muy decepcionado con la organización, la comunicación y la gestión profesional. Para mÃ, este cambio fue un gran error. No recomendarÃa Entretramites a nadie que busque un servicio serio, fiable y competente.
Si esta situación no se resuelve en breve, estudiaré tomar medidas adicionales y dirigirme a las autoridades y organismos de protección al consumidor correspondientes.

He intentado contactar durante más de una semana por todos los medios: WhatsApp (donde solo te derivan a un correo que nadie lee), llamadas y emails. La única vez que logré hablar con alguien, prometieron responderme y nunca lo hicieron. Es indignante que, tras confiarles tus impuestos, desaparezcan cuando surgen problemas derivados de su gestión.
Si valoras tu dinero, tu tiempo y, sobre todo, tu tranquilidad legal ante la Agencia Tributaria, no recomiendo esta empresa para nada.

Very disappointing experience.
When I first signed up as autónomo, I was fined by the Agencia Tributaria within one month due to an error made by them. After that initial issue, everything ran smoothly: the software worked well, and my assigned accountant was friendly and efficient.
However, when I later asked them to register my foreign business for VAT in Spain, the experience became extremely frustrating. So far, I have lost ca. â¬2,750, a significant amount for a small business, purely due to unclear communication, repeated mistakes, and being passed between around ca. five different accountants. Each time, I had to explain my situation from the beginning. I sincerely wish they had told me from the start that this process was beyond their expertise.
As a result, I incurred unnecessary costs for document translations, incorrect VAT registration, and import taxes caused by mistakes in the VAT number. This situation has now been ongoing for 13 months, and despite requesting deregistration for the past three months, they still have not completed it.
Overall, this has been a highly stressful, costly, and disappointing experience.
