Finger weg!!!!!!!
Ich habe das Reservierte Fahrzeug vorort stoniert, rückzahlungsbearbeitung sollte 10 arbeitstage dauern dann hies es 20tage und nun ist schon 1monat rum und immernoch kein Geld.

Auf emails wird nicht geantwortet und am telefon wird immer gesagt wir haben eine technische störung.

Edit:19.06 immer noch keine antwort und kein geld.

Edit:25.06 immernoch kein geld bekommen.

Ich möchte nicht angerufen werden oder sonst was ich möchte mein geld zurück.
Ich habe euch schon 20 emails geschrieben und es kommt keine einzige antwort.

It has been 7 months and Enuygun has still not issued me a refund for fraudulent tickets on my card of £595 (please see my initial review dated 17/11/23). I have contacted Enuygun and haven't received any support.

Would not recommend Enuygun to book any flights.

Mietwagen Übergabe soll 30 km entfernt erfolgen, obwohl Übergabe Flughafen in der bestellung steht, Fahrzeug wurde nicht übergeben. Auf Rückerstattung des gezahlten Betrag gibt es keine Antwort.

Fast transaction and very affordable price.

I have booked a car and fully paid, the initial company was Nissa from Istanbul Airport, I have arrived after midnight, another company (Carvento) provide me the car with limited milage (1300 km for 17 days) they said they are joint companies. I have called the Nissa and they asked me 2 liras per km when the limit exceeded. They gave no other option so I had to accept, The Carvento given me a petrol fiat egea instead of a diesel car which I booked. Egea didn't even have the bluetooth music function on top of that. I have called the En uygun but couldn't reach at that time. Carvento charged me 3 liras per kilometer when I returned the car. Never gonna hire from here again.

This company is a complete scam, be very careful when dealing with them specially the car rental department, i rented a car and paid fully, when I got to the car rental company they refused to rent me the car due to my credit card not working online on their system for some reason and they told me that they cancelled my rental and my money should be refunded soon, I called both the car rental company which is 5s rentals and Enuygun more than 6 times without any useful information or any refund no followup email , literally nothing not through email not through phone, they kept transferring my to the next useless employee with no information, I haven’t got my money refunded, literally scammed for 200$

It is scam app with a fake price.

I had an account in the ENUYGUN app to book the Pineta Park Deluxe hotel. According to the cheapest price of this app I booked that hotel four times and paid the payment but after 10 minutes the customer service refunded it without any explanation.

Ich habe ein Fahrzeug gemietet. Aber eine Anmietung kam nicht zustande, weil am letzten Tag, anscheinend das Fahrzeug gar nicht gab. Dennoch wurde der Betrag von meiner Kreditkarte belastet. Nach mehrmaligem Anrufen seit Tagen ist das Geld immer noch nicht verfügbar. Mir wurde gesagt, dass es innerhalb 24 Stunden wieder da wäre. Aber anscheinend weiss keiner genau, was los ist. Ich möchte sagen, dass Sie die Finger davon lassen und wo anders mieten oder kaufen sollten!!!!!

I am making a hotel reservation I booked balcony room. The one was showing on the picture, but when I come to 10, they said your whole room doesn’t have balcony then I tried to cancel they didn’t give me any refund. Hotel said we don’t give a refund you have to call enuygun.com I spoke to them they didn’t give me a £1 refund !!
