I highly recommend Envelopes.com! Finding beautiful, high-quality paper at a reasonable price, and with a reliable inventory, has been a challenge to say the least.
I use a variety of cardstock for my business. (Watercolor, cotton, textured, hammered, 110 pound) Everything I’ve ordered has exceeded my expectations; especially the cotton cardstock. The finish is exquisite.

Missing item from my order.
I have ordered from them in the past. My order was missing an item. They quickly replaced the item after verifying it was missing. i will definitely use them in the future.

10-month old envelopes unusable
Ordered 500 envelopes in November 2025. I used about 50-100 right away and they were ok. Most of the flaps were partially glued together, on the ends. But I was able to gently open them and use so I figured "no big deal."
Fast forward to this past weekend where I tried to use the remaining envelopes and they are ALL glued together. Completely. No prying apart possible. I tried steaming a few open over a pot of boiling water. I tried using a thin knife to pry them open. Nothing I do will get the flaps open. So 400+ envelopes are unusable.
I reached out to customer service and they told me it was "outside our normal window" and there wasn't anything they could do. Which is extremely disappointing. I have envelopes from 5+ years ago that are completely fine. Seems like these were very poor quality and they don't want to stand behind what they sell.
**ETA: After leaving my review here, a customer service rep did finally reach out to me to see how they could remedy the situation. After many emails back & forth they decided to replace some of the envelopes that were defective. They sent me about 200 replacement envelopes in a similar style. I also received a follow-up email asking me to consider updating my review here which I now have.
I'm only updating to 3 stars because I still feel that the only reason I was contacted was because of my review here. Had I not left the review customer service would probably have let my inquiry slide without addressing. Again, just my opinion, not certain if that's true.
I do appreciate them replacing some of the envelopes. They shouldn't have been defective in the first place. I will consider shopping with them in the future.

A good place to shop for envelopes.
I’ve purchased from Envelopes.com for a number of years and have always been satisfied. They have a good color selection and their envelopes come in 28lb. and 32lb. My only complaint is that you have to purchase in bulk. I use envelopes for my personal greeting cards so bulk buying isn’t necessary.

Take a look at the order history and…
Take a look at the order history and notes. This continually got pushed out, was told multiple different shipment dates, and I still have not received.
This was ordered on 6/27 and it now 7/13 I haven’t recieved my order.

Consistent, reliable, fast
I haven't purchased any custom products, but the off-the-shelf envelopes have been consistent in quality. Orders are turned around really quickly, and the one time I needed to reach out to customer service, they were quick to reply and find a solution.
