Hello,
I lost money because your website would not accept the 10% discount code that was offered by Reggae Nation.
I purchased three tickets and tried multiple times to apply the code, but each time the website displayed "Invalid Code." I was concerned the tickets would sell out, so I proceeded with the purchase at full price.
Afterward, I contacted Reggae Nation, and they advised me that they would reach out to you regarding the issue. However, I have not received any response.
Since the discount code was not accepted due to what appears to be a website issue, I would appreciate it if you could honor the 10% discount and refund the difference on my purchase.

Hi Ruth,
Thank you for getting in touch, and I'm sorry you've had a frustrating experience trying to resolve this.
I've checked our records carefully and I want to share what I found, because I think it explains why you haven't been getting anywhere.
First, there is no paid order associated with ruth.davis@rogers.com on Enventro. The only booking under your email is a free registration for the ACAO Multicultural Festival II on August 15 — six General Admission tickets, all confirmed. No payment has ever been processed through us on that address.
Second, there is no organiser or event called Reggae Nation on our platform. I searched both our organiser list and our full event listings and found no match.
Taken together, that strongly suggests the Reggae Nation tickets were sold through a different ticketing provider. That's an easy thing to mix up, especially if Enventro is the platform you recognise from your ACAO registration.
If you can forward me the order confirmation email you received when you bought those three tickets, I'll be able to tell you straight away which company processed the payment — their name will be in the receipt. If it turns out the purchase was made with us under a different email address, I'll honour the 10% discount and refund the difference immediately, no further questions.
Your ACAO tickets for August 15 are confirmed and unaffected.
