Enviroshake has been great to work with. Reps are super responsive and helpful any time I need anything. They go out of their way to make sure customers and contractors are as informed as possible from the minute they get the call.

The calculation of how much we needed was not done properly. This was our 3rd roof and each time we had to reorder more material eith shipping (expensive) at our cost. we have given the dimensions of tje roofs each time, so it was Enviroshake miscalculating the amount of shingles needed.

For the product itself we give a 10++

Can’t say enough about the customer service! I needed a small order to finish up a job. Everyone I dealt with was amazing. It was time crunch and a small order so I was able to arrange pick up, even the shipping guy was nice. The product speaks for itself I couldn’t be happier with the finished product and more important.. my wife loves it !!!! When you take care of the small things the big things take care of themselves!

There are a few important issues to discuss here. Know that I am an experienced roofer having installed asphalt, wood shingle and shake, as well as metal roofing over a 40 year career in remodeling. This was my first time installing Enviroshingles. I completed the factory training.

1. Installation directions are confusing and incomplete; it was very difficult to position each subsequent layer so as to avoid eventual exposed nail heads and gutter on gutter. An actual detailed application video is a must for the company training.
2. It is not possible to "simply snap" shingles apart - they need to be cut. Directions should state this.
3. Shingles are uniformly thicker on the right side than the left side. There is uniformly a lot of molding "flash" remaining on each shingle that needs to be hand trimmed off before application. The company obviously has a problem with its molding process or molds.
4. There are 2 patterns of shingle, what we called "wide/left" and "wide/right". The company states that these are shuffled within each bundle.We found ourselves opening extra bundles to find enough "wide/right" shingles to even out the number of "wide/left" shingles. After the roof was completed, we had many extra "wide/left" shingles left over.The company has a problem with it's sorting/shuffling process.
5. My order was for 77 bundles of Silver Cedar shingles. Buried in the middle of the skid was a bundle of Antique Cedar shingles that we could not use, yet paid for. The company has a problem with its packing process.

In spite of these complaints, we managed to install a good looking roof that will shed water. It seems like a durable product... time will tell. I would suggest that the company take a hard look at its manufacturing processes to clean up these deficiencies. Installation directions need to be clear. As a suggestion they could easily apply marks on the top of each shingle to allow for a perfect looking overlap application.

My ordering process was quick and easy, as was the delivery.

It advertises itself as providing a premium product, at a premium cost. My experience was more difficult than I expected. I realize that the learning curve with a new product can be difficult. I offer this information so possibly the company can improve it's customers experiences with it's product.

Very professional, stayed right on quote other then I decided to change 2 skylights at an extra cost for materials only, great crew, always cleaned up every day including using a large magnet to pick up any nails from our old shake roof, very courteous, love the product, I did my research into metal, cedar,and composite, we have had so many compliments on the roof asking what it is, I think it was money well spent and put our house value up. Very happy with the results

Love this product and the Company. I am an installer in Massachusetts and have installed Several homes over the past few years. I have found that if there were any issues from a homeowner(from an incorrect installation from previous installers) the company would bend over backward to resolve the issue. I personally WANT to be associated with a company like this. They are responsive to any and all questions we may have in the field, and our Rep Loren Alonzo is always a phone call away.

The product is very good, the only compliant I have is shipping, if they tell you it will be there in 7 days anticipate 14 to 21 days

My husband and I struggled for a few years trying to figure out what to do with our little A-frame that had the original roof with cedar shake. We wanted to replace it with cedar shake again but that was way too expensive so we searched and searched until we found Enviroshake. We were Lucky enough to get the sales person Kristina who was absolutely wonderful and worked with us on cost, timing and what we needed to do the job. The roof is now completed and it is so beautiful we are very pleased and so happy that we went with Enviroshake. Anyone looking to have a roof done should definitely look at Enviroshake, best quality, best sales people, great company!

Great product and good service! Loren B was great to work with.

Installed (installed by Enviroshake recommended installer) Enviroshake on our Calgary house in 2008. Looked great at the time but today (2021) the shingles are warped and very fragile to walk on. Enviroshake said it was the installers fault and warranty did not cover the problem, they sent me a tool so I could try and fix the warping myself. I would NOT install these shingles again. They look bad after 13 years, are very fragile and warranty seems useless. Will most likely replace with asphalt shingles, much cheaper and more durable/reliable.

Kristina Lorio was phenomenal through the process of ordering, training and delivery. Very happy with product.

We love the product. It is perfectly suited to the harsh conditions in our hot climate.

The Company service was outstanding! Everyone was so helpful and easy to work with. Our order got processed, completed and shipped quickly and with ease.

I have purchased the composite roofing shingles from Enviroshake in the past and decided to purchase the remaining shingles needed to do do the other roofs on the main house. We went with the Colbourne Brown and are very happy with the application and the finished look of the shingles on the house.

Our third floor appears to be more quiet with the application of this shingle. We also noticed the third floor did not get as warm as in the past with the cedar roof. I believe the added 5/8" CDX plywood, coupled with the ice and water shield over the entire roof and the composite shingle created more of a sound attenuating barrier from outside noise.

Overall its been a great company to deal with from the sales people, to accounting and shipping.

I didn't mention the warranty, but that is a given...last roof I will ever install on our home.

I am actually looking for the right words to describe my experience with Enviroshake but I am stuck! Amazing!! to say the least. I have been ordering roofing materials for my company for probably the third time now and the service has been impeccable. The staff is great and very knowledgeable about the products. They are also very helpful. I've learnt quite alot about roofs just dealing with them.
All our orders were processed in a timely manner. As for the material, excellent. very strong and of very high quality.
We highly recommend Enviroshake to all.

Worked with Enviroshake a couple years now and they have a fantastic product. They are great with any questions or concerns I may have and adjust to meet the needs of their contractors and customers. Highly recommend Enviroshake products.
