This product is great. It looks sharp and we have had no issues with it. Getting it to us was a little frustrating and it took longer than expected. I don't think that was the companies fault as they did a great job of communicating with us. We are in Indiana and there was not a local dealer and they wouldn't sell us direct so by the time the local lumber yard got all set up we got delayed by several weeks.

All of the units in my development in South Florida (127) had cedar shake roofs. They are hard to find and look warn even after only a couple of years of installation. After extensive research in 2020, the board approved the use of Enviroshake shingles. I was one of the first to have the Enviroshake shingles installed. Five years later they look exactly like the day they were installed. Since then every roof replacement has been with Enviroshake shingles. They'll probably outlast me.

From our first call I always felt like I was being treated as a good customer with helpful friendly information that I could trust. It's such a relief to deal with someone who always calls you back on answering questions and knows their business from all aspects . You were very easy to work with and actually made the whole project a pleasure to be involved in. Having now used the product and seeing how amazing it is and how working with people that actually know what their doing I can only see a very successful future for Enviroshake.

To all of you workers and sales staff, thank you, and please keep up what you're doing. companies like Enviroshake make Canada proud and what better day than this to acknowledge it.

Enviroshake expedited the delivery to help avoid the price increase and was able to deliver the product when the weather was agreeable.

I have a beautiful home built in 1931 by a gentleman who owned a lumber company. The roof has a tongue-in-grove 3/4" hardwood deck. The original cedar shingles lasted 57-years. The replacement cedar roof lasted 28-years. There was never a leak, never an issue. We installed an Enviroshake roof in 2016. At intervals of 2-3 years we had ceiling damage in a 2nd floor bedroom. The roofing company referred to us by Enviroshake refused to deal with the problem. Enviroshake sent out a technician who identified the cause of the damage as a missing insert in the toilet vent. He also cut a hole in the hardwood floor above while searching for the source of the leak. We repaired the floor damage, had the vent repaired twice but the leak continued. Rather than remove the shingles and install the missing part properly, they inserted a pvc pipe in the vent opening and caulked around the edges. This will require ongoing maintenance, something that was never required prior. We repaired the damage in the bedroom below twice and now have to do it a third time. I have never asked Enviroshake for compensation. I simply asked for the name and description of the missing part and a company that would remove the shingles and install the vent insert properly. I am uncertain if this is actually the problem. Enviroshake refers to the vent as the sole issue. Enviroshake refuses to cooperate with me in fixing the leak properly. I just received what appears to be their final message, "This is not an Enviroshake part nor issue.  There is nothing more we can do for you." This has been their attitude from the time the source of the leak was identified by their technician. They repeatedly delivered responses denying any responsibility rather than directing me to a company that can solve the problem properly and communicate what their technician observed. Obviously, I would not recommend Enviroshake due to the absence of after-sale customer service. Buyer beware.

We installed an Enviroshake roof on our new villa built in Turks & Caicos. We were very happy with the great communication with Enviroshake and the final roof looks fantastic. We get lots of compliments on it.

Kristina Lorio has been great to work with, always on top of things, responds to every call and email, at times I have forgotten things and she always has it covered, more like a partner than supplier.

Speedy excellent customer service with project cost saving recommendations and delivery as contracted of a 40' container full of shakes with all tools and accessories. Good choice even for newbies

I love that the product is environmentally friendly and is long lasting. I wish it weren't so expensive which would make it accessible to use on more projects. Ease of purchase/pickup of product could be improved upon.

I specified Enviroshake for a large custom home I designed on Davis Islands in Tampa in 2019.
Three hurricanes later and no problems whatsoever.
The installation went smoothly and it got a lot of attention from neighbors and others associated with the project. Most didn't initially realize it was synthetic, it looks that good. I plan to use it for a 23000 square foot residence being designed now.
I couldn't be happier with it.

Great product & delivery went smooth!

So far very positive experience. Aged cedar blends in perfectly with our rough cut cedar cladding (stained). Communication with the manufacturer has been excellent.

We at Hytz Roofing, Inc just Completed our fifth project in Florida with Enviro Shake product. We have installed the shake as well as the Slate. They both are fantastic products, and our trained installers have taken a liking to the simple install of the product. Our Clients have done nothing but rave about how much they love the look of thier new roofs. Their neighbors have taken notice as well and are wishing they would have went with the product when recently replacing their own roofs.
