Ross has been the best mortgage broker I could have asked for. Everyone is aware buying a home can be stressful, but Ross made everything seem quite easy. He stood by my side every step of the way, answered all my queries, and was always available whenever I asked to speak with him. I would 100% recommend Envoy Financial! Not just Ross, but other members of the team were really kind and patient, so I feel very fortunate to have found them :)

Our second time using Envoy after they helped us purchase our first house. We needed our mortgage renewed and Ross was extremely helpful. He guided us through the process, talked us through our options and sorted our new deal. Thank you also to Cat for helping to arrange and sort out all of the paperwork and documents. Our first 2 year mortgage deal was coming to an end and Steffi who originally helped us through the first time buyer process sent us a message to remind us that it was ending and got looking for the next best deal for us straight away!

We agreed on another 2 year fixed rate deal but the next day Steffi informed us that nationwide had lowered their interest rates and Steffi kindly offered to cancel our original deal so we could get the lower interest rate saving us an extra £29 a month on our mortgage payment!

Really helpful in explaining the different aspects of mortgages and insurances.

They provide the options and guidance but ultimately will follow your decision.

They also set up a WhatsApp app group that you can message at any time and get answered

Answered all my silly questions and even handled all my life insurance policies so it was one less thing for me to stress about. Outstanding customer service. Will be recommending to anyone who will listen.

Very disappointed with the communication throughout my experience. Initial contact was good, however after that I struggled to get updates or responses to messages and calls despite being actively looking to make offers on properties. As a first-time buyer, regular communication and guidance is really important, and unfortunately I felt left in the dark for most of the process.

Absolutely brilliant and fantastic service. Genuinely couldn't have done it without them. It took a long time for me to find my new home and Robyn was there every step of the way with excellent advice and help, cant thank her enough. I never leave reviews but in this case it was a must. Highly recommend Envoy to anyone.
