UKPF helpful , friendly & efficient
Due to hold ups on one project which was initially going to finish funding a project abroad we applied for a bridging loan. Our initial contact was Kelly, who efficiently started our application and collated our information and documentation. Once these were in place our application moved on with Ria. Ria was friendly, professional and extremely efficient. When the legal team were slow getting back with information, Ria was there chasing up and keeping the process moving, right the way to completion.

Bridging Loan Application
My Bridging Loan Application came with lots of hurdles. Ria was there at evey step with prompt, knowledgeable replies - even to my 'stupid' questions!! Ria was excellent at keeping the process moving and on the odd occasion Ria wasn't available, Jade knew every detail. Their friendly, approachable manner made a brilliant experience for helping a Novice through to completion!

Incredibly proactive and friendly service.
I contacted Kelly at UK Property Finance regarding a commercial mortgage product. Her detailed proposals were very clear and her speed of response was exceptional. She followed up every email with a quick call to check everything was received and okay, whilst expertly answering any questions. Five star experience - Bridging loan.
We contacted UKPF to arrange a Bridging loan to replace an equity release mortgage.I spoke initially with Kelly Garvie who we found to be professional,efficient and amiable.Outlining clearly what was possible and always getting back quickly by phone or email.
The refinance was time sensitive and UKPF worked tirelessly to make the cut off date,

Bridge Loan
I recently spoke with Kelly regarding a bridge loan, and I was very impressed with her service. She listened carefully to my requirements, was highly informative, and responded promptly with a quote. Although I couldn’t proceed as the property fell through at auction, I will definitely return to them in the future due to the excellent service Kelly provided.
