Ross was very easy to deal with, he basically takes care of everything and if you need anything explained he’s very good at that too.

Ross and Cat, what a team! Together, they moved mountains so that I got the most appropriate financial advice and mortgage product in record fast time. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending Envoy!

Fantastic experience with Ross and Cat! We were introduced to Ross at Envoy Financial through Taylor Wimpey in South Queensferry. Ross spoke to us the next evening after work which was so convenient. Throughout, the whole experience he has been so great to talk to and guided us seamlessly through the process. We had added complications of changing salaries and me being on maternity leave. We’ve been able to keep in touch by WhatsApp chat and Ross and Cat have both been so responsive. We even had a call while on holiday to get things moving. It’s been a great personal service from the team with Ross taking a real interest in us and what we are looking for. We will definitely use the firm again when it comes to renewing our mortgage and for reviewing our life cover etc.

Life events make you take stock of your finances so it is important you're in good hands and getting the right advice. Graeme and Karolina have been excellent- they know their stuff but also get the person behind the figures and the important decisions they are making. Ross and Cat were fantastic and managed to secure a deal within a day or so of getting in touch. Pro-actively contacting me to check my deal was ending and to try and secure a better deal which I did.
