As first time buyers we had no idea where to start but as soon as I spoke with Robyn I knew we were in the right hands. Since the start Robyn has kept in touch with us, always kept us up to date with where we were at during the full process. Robyn also helped us set up all insurance we required, always the best service I cannot recommend the team enough.

We cannot recommend Ross, Erin and the team at Envoy Financial enough. As a first-time buyer, the entire process seemed incredibly daunting, but Ross was a guiding light from start to finish.

They took the time to carefully walk me through each step and address all of my queries, no matter how small. They were constantly one step ahead of me and kept me updated throughout the entire process, so we never once had to follow up with them for an update.

Lauren is fantastic, very helpful and understanding and is always there to answer any queries or concerns. Had issue with purchasing my flat due to legal issues from selling point of view but Lauren took it apon herself to find me a mortgage that supported.

Over 6 month period she is always communicating and even after the purchase always a text and phone call aways.

Massive thanks to Ross and Erin at Envoy. As a first time buyer with not even a basic understanding of mortgages or the processes involved, I couldn't have asked for better service. Communication was excellent, clear, concise, super flexible with contact times. There was no upsell for better commission, pushing you this way or that. A solution was provided based exactly on my needs, alternatives were discussed with positives and negatives and then recommendations were suggested based on my circumstances.

For what is one of the most stressful endeavours people can do, they removed the stress.
