just brought a black 2018 range rover evogue of these guys today and the staff are amazing and well looked after us . Sold me a an immaculate range rover .

Save your money and spend a little more somewhere else.

I bought a Sprinter van from this dealer and was told it had gone through a **“300-point check”** and had received a **fresh service** before delivery . Unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.

To begin with, the **brake light bulbs weren’t even working**, something that should have been picked up immediately during any proper inspection. When the van was later checked properly, it turned out there was **no cabin filter and no engine air filter installed at all — they were completely non-existent**. These are basic service items, so it really makes you question whether any service was actually done.

The **tyres were barely legal**, and one of them had a **puncture repair done instead of being properly replaced**. I was also told the **brakes were new**, but when inspected the **brake pads were almost completely worn down**, nowhere near what you’d expect if they had recently been replaced.

The overall experience was also very unprofessional. The premises **smelt strongly of weed**, which doesn’t exactly inspire confidence when you’re spending a lot of money on a vehicle. I was given a delivery date that **changed three different times**, with excuses each time blaming someone else.

The van was eventually delivered **two weeks later than promised at around 10pm**, which is completely unacceptable when you’re trying to run a business.

I’m also **still waiting for the service documents, inspection report, and other paperwork**, and it has now been **over three months**. The only reason I didn’t return the van immediately was because I **desperately needed it for work and would have lost my contracts otherwise**.

Overall, the whole process felt misleading and very poorly handled. I’ve had to spend additional time and money fixing things that should have already been sorted.

**Don’t make the same mistake I did. Spend a little more with a reputable dealer and save yourself the stress, wasted time, and headaches.**

I entered into a remote agreement to purchase a vehicle from this dealership and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.

The vehicle was never delivered within the repeatedly promised timescales, and additional mechanical issues arose after the agreement which had not been disclosed at the point of sale. As a result, I exercised my legal right to cancel the purchase before ever taking delivery of the vehicle.

Although alternative vehicles were offered, this did not resolve the underlying issues or the delays experienced. Communication throughout the process was poor, and I had to send formal written notice referencing consumer legislation before any meaningful progress was made. My £1,500 deposit has now been refunded; however, this only occurred after considerable effort and escalation on my part.

At the time of writing, the finance brokers are still awaiting the return of the credit from the dealership in order to unwind the finance agreement. This ongoing delay has prevented me from moving forward with the purchase of another vehicle.

I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing remotely from this dealership to ensure that all representations are confirmed in writing and to be prepared to follow up persistently for updates.

This experience caused unnecessary stress and delay, which could have been avoided with clearer communication and more professional handling.

Just bought a 2016 Volkswagen Golf from Enzo Cars and Vans and I couldn’t be happier with how everything went.
Bash dealt with my purchase and he was brilliant from day one. He was really patient, explained everything properly, and made sure I was fully happy before going ahead with anything. Communication was spot on and I always knew what was happening with the car and paperwork.
The car itself was exactly what I was looking for — clean, well presented and clearly looked after. The whole place felt professional and trustworthy which made a big difference when buying a used car.

Recently bought a Mercedes A Class from Enzo cars and vans traveled all the way from Oxford with my whole family. From the moment we walked in they was more than welcoming and offered us all brews, excellent customer service every step of the way aswell as the efficiency with the deal. Quick, easy and kind to deal with. Vehicle was just as described and matched perfectly with the walk around video which was sent prior to my trip to the showroom. Everything was spot on and would recommend!

Stay well clear of this company. Purchased a car recently, as soon as I turned it on it came up with loads of error lights. Tyres were borderline illegal, the cars computer saying it hasn't been serviced since 2022, but they claim it had a full service but "forgot" to update it on the cars computer. No service history at all. Supposedly passed an MOT by a garage which is literally next to their dealership. But when I got the car there was no screenwash in it at all and and the indicator on the drivers mirror was not working. These are MOT failures straight away. Definitely doing dodgy MOT's just to get the sales done. So i thought it was in my best interest to get it MOT'D and a local garage so i can have a peice of mind that it is safe on the road. Turns out it failed on multiple things such as: both front Tyres, track rod end, ball joints wearing, and coming up with a DPF fault. They also said it hasn't been serviced for quite a while, which sounds about right. On top of that I never received my log book 5 weeks after buying the car. Turns out DVLA hadn't even received it let alone send one out. I then had to pay just to get a new one, which i shouldn't of had to do and will take a further 4-6 from now. Very disappointing experience.

What can I say, been looking for a van and came across enzo. Thought I’d call up and book a viewing. Came down on Saturday and went on a test drive and the van drove like a dream. The selection of vans and cars was immaculate. The customer service is top-notch and they even gave me a nice warm hot chocolate.

Would definitely recommend these guys if you’re looking for quality cars or vans and great customer service.

I purchased my second LWB Sprinter from Enzo cars and vans . The serviced from these guys is brilliant staff are very helpful and supportive . I am very satisfied with my experience at enzo . Coming back to buy my third of them very soon.

Bought a vw gti from these guys. Absolutely amazing service. Great bunch of lads to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Sadly, we had a very bad experience with Enzo and would not recommend them to anyone. We test-drove a £6K car but it had a few small problems and the advertised FSH wasn’t available. Enzo said they would find FSH, ask their mechanic to assess/fix the problems, and call in a week or so to agree final price. We paid £250 to reserve and emailed details of discussion. No reply or call so after 2 weeks, we emailed and then phoned. We made 3 calls, with Enzo always promising to follow up and call back. Finally, we all agreed to cancel and Enzo offered to repay £250 within a few days. But no reply to our confirmatory email - and no payment. We had 3 weeks / 4 calls, with Enzo repeatedly promising to pay within days. We finally emailed to say we were starting the small-claims court process and got a call back (the first!) and payment within 10 minutes.

Highly recommend going here for a car. Very nice to talk to and very kind with the sale of my car. Great communication!! I am inlove with my BMW. Thank you

Just Bought My 3rd Truck off Enzo cars and vans, Exceptional Service and communication from the staff and a top recovery truck

We went to Enzo Cars looking for a car for a 17 year old who had just passed his test.
Enzo and his brother looked after us, they are very professional and extremely friendly. The car peugeot 107, Enzo had new brake and 12 months MOT added to it for the same price
If anyone is looking for a car I would definitely recommend them.
Last thing the show room is very modern and clean a pleasure to visit.

Avoid at all costs.

I bought a car from them that is now completely undriveable. Within just 70 miles, the engine management light came on. The multimedia system also cuts out repeatedly while driving — switching itself off and on again — making it impossible to use the sat nav safely.

I had an independent inspection done earlier this month which flagged up 5 separate fault codes. The conclusion was clear: these issues were pre-existing at the point of sale, given the minimal mileage I had driven. In other words, they knowingly sold me a car with serious faults.

They offered a so-called goodwill payment of £500 — an insult, as it didn’t even cover the original repair required. Before I could carry out that smaller repair, the car broke down completely, with a far bigger fault uncovered: a full timing chain replacement.

This dealership does not act in good faith. They put profit before honesty, safety, and customer care. Save yourself the stress, expense, and frustration — do not buy from here.
