Absolutely thrilled with my new car from Enzo ! The team were super helpful, friendly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Fantastic service and an amazing car, couldn’t recommend them enough

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Enzo cars! From the moment I walked in, the team went above and beyond to make sure I found the perfect car. Not only did they have an incredible selection, but the customer service was genuinely outstanding – friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive every step of the way.

The car I purchased is amazing, and I felt completely confident and supported throughout the whole process. I can honestly say this is the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Enzo cars to anyone looking for quality cars and top-notch service!

I dealt with a lovely chap called Adam who was incredibly helpful! I saw a Nissan Qashqai I really liked and he went to the efforts of washing the car, replacing the brake discs and pads, giving me an extended service for peace of mind due to high mileage and worried about potential clutch problems looming. Not only that but included a full service AND included delivery in the agreed bartered price. The car drives sweet as a nut and the added extra was on receipt of delivery, noticed the air conditioning system wasn't working and turns out it has a leak, which can be a substantial expense. I consulted Adam about this on the day of receiving my vehicle and he has agreed to transfer £100 back to me to go towards the cost of repair. Can't fault this man and the service these guys provide. My other half is thinking of purchasing a car through these lovely people. A++ service! Look no further, folks!

Been looking for the right car for a while and my son found this gem on Ebay, we contacted and had the car within 3 hours delivered from Blackburn to stoke and after opening hours to ,got an amazing deal on the bmw she drives like a dream, communication was fantastic kept us updated on times they were coming even when theywere close they rang, everything went so smoothly, Adam and the team are amazing and couldnt fault them at all ,would definitely recommend top service ,top lads and a beautiful car

Me and my 17 year old daughter brought a Volkswagen Polo from Enzo cars. We were explained the cars v50 would take 2/3 weeks to come through the post of which it did. Bash was very helpful and offered a 3 month warranty on the car. We live in Southport and kindly offered to deliver the car to us at a small fee, of which was never charged. The car is a S unbeknown to us did require some further maintenance. Bash was very helpful and transferred the fees to get this fixed. We have had the car for 3 months now and we are extremely happy with our purchase of £4400 complete outlay.
Bash gave us a fair price and the aftercare was second to none. Bash would always call me back would always answer the phone and was very helpful. The whole team was polite and it made me and my daughter make a very easy purchase. I would certainly recommend purchasing a car from Enzo cars and vans as the after care to me felt valued.

This was a sale that was supposed to go bad that they turned around and made me give a 5 star on here and done same on google.

Picked up my new van and the reception was great. The guys who received me made me feel really comfortable and showed me my van…I was pleased with the van and took the keys.

Unfortunately when I got home I realised I rushed them with the purchase that they forgot to sort out the mot and service. I was very unhappy but once I got back to them the reception again was very warm and they offered to sort things out in a way that would not further inconvenience me. Full Mercedes service and mot sorted.

I’ll definitely come back or recommend these guys. Their service makes it worth every penny

Awful serice nothing but problems from the minute I bought the car. Messed around and passed about for days before even getting the car costing me money coming and going after being told it was ready….fake MOT done it “passed” but wipers didn’t work, breaks were grinding and the car doesn’t start first time take a few try for it to start. Bought over 3 months ago and still not been sent the log book. Wouldn’t recommend this company.

I can't recommend Enzo enough. I recently bought a Kia Sportage from them and the service from start to finish was amazing. It's a family run business and all of the guys are so friendly, I dealt with Adam throughout my purchase and he was particulary amazing. I was an anxious buyer, being a woman and not knowing much about cars, but Adam put my mind at ease throughout and when I collected the car i felt so reassured and comfortable. Adam included a 2 year warranty for me as well as other extras and I got the car at a great place. Adam even messaged me to check I had got home safely and checked in on me the day after to check I was happy with the car. All of the team are honestly amazing and I wouldn't hesitate to buy a car with them again in the future. Thank you Adam and everyone at enzo.

Bought a great Ford focus from Enzo cars, the owner of the company personally looked after me throughout the sale, what a helpful man who really knows how to treats his customers, the car is for my wife we both can't thank you enough, thanks again.

I bought a prestigious 2019 Range Rover Sport Autobiography from Enzo car and van sales Ltd just after Christmas only to discover it had a number of serious faults and wasn’t as well maintained as described so I brought this to their attention. They contacted me and arranged to collect the car from Corby on the 15th of Jan and I presumed it was being driven straight back to Blackburn but I discovered from the telemetry it had spent the next 48hrs being driven around various locations around London and Colchester. I was expecting it to already be back in their workshop that day. Subsequently I received messages not to contact them because they felt I shouldn’t chase them all the time and I was being told it would be ready on varying dates. However, up until yesterday the 27th of Jan it had sat untouched apart from the odd journey too and fro. In the end I drove up to collect my belongings from it when I was offered a tangeable refund to make good the lack of any repairs but I’ll have to get it fixed myself.

My previous review score should gave been firca different company, with a very similar name, which was a scam.

I purchased a Mercedes E class estate over the internet, this was my first online major purchase, obviously I was nervous about buying a car without seeing it. The fact information in the advert was clear and concise and any questions I raised were promptly answered. I lived some 140 miles away from Enzo cars and they delivered directly to my front door on the back of a transporter in 3 days after I purchased the car online. The car was sent to Mercedes to be serviced prior to being delivered and inspected. I did find a small issue and contacted Enzo and he said get me two quotes and he then paid the garage directly to resolve the minor issue. This was immediately addressed and I can’t fault the customer service that I received from Enzo cars and I would recommend buying a vehicle from this company. Thank you Enzo for such a lovely car and the superb customer service that I received.
