Why they still working, why websites still recommending this SCAM company as transfer money, THEY HAVE BIG PROBLEM after started war in Ukraine, because owner this company from Russia!!! But they are lie that theirs office at Netherlands it's not True. Not Recommend At All. Now they are sending money to card one time in month or 2 months, soon they will just close company with all your money...

They blocked my account 'for security reasons' and said to contact the support team. I sent an email asking to unblock it and they never responded.

When finishing the due to technical maintenancen ?
I want ise the international bank transfer . My money need to … and i can do nothing i dont get answer. The sepa payment also ..

Edit:Now i wrotee but i can not do nothing . And it s very importand that i sent a money the other bank .

This is beyond.. in my whole life i have never had to deal with a cheapest and useless customer service. They work Mon-Fri for a few hours, the chat is basically useless because whatever you ask they say it's not an issue that the chat agent can resolve, so they invite you to send a ticket and wait days for an answer. After providing all the proof that i could provide, i still have my money blocked after a failed transaction. The phone number, as per a chat agent, doesn't even work so it's useless just like the chat. And if you send too many requests they lock your account for an hour so they don't have to deal with you. Let's not even talk about the conversion from usd to euro, for 156$ i received 136€ instead of 145€ as it was shown in google search and other currency exchange providers.
This is beyond thieves and scammers. I still have my money blocked and no one even cares of forwarding my request to the relevant department, they just say: as the other bank already said, wait up to 5 business days to have your money back.

Ich nutze Epay-Service für die Auszahlungen einer MHP für Erwachsene ;-) das erste Jahr war soweit alles OK dann haben Sie ständig Gelder Wochenlang festgehalten und zu allerletzt ging dann auch nur noch USD Auszahlung welche gleich mal einen Monat in Anspruch nahm, der Support antwortet immer Freundlich jedoch langsam manchmal 2 - 5 Tage Wartezeit. Ich habe mich jetzt andersweitig umgesehen da die Wechselkurse einfach sehr schlecht sind, alles sehr lange dauert und Epayservice für Deutschland nicht mehr lohnt und viel zu teuer ist. Schade

Me han retenido el dinero depositado por los empleadores desde el 2020 , primero era el cambio de tarjeta prepaga ,volvieron despues mas de un año y medio a habilitar para europa , para Argentina las dejaron deshabilitadas, hace unos meses prohiben la transferencia a tarjeta extrena, solo ofrecen retirar dinero devolviendolo a los empleadores..son estafadores, encima me cobran comision por cada devolucion en billeteras internas..pero al menos ya recupere el 70 porciento de mi dinero depositado

they deserve negative Star but here we don't have provision to put, they collected all legal document , after that its decline just because of they are seek of money and selling our all sensetive data to third party vendor for money purpose

I haven’t been able to withdraw my money because of "technical maintenance". My money has been stuck there for one month (~1500 USD)...

EDIT: finally I could withdraw my money. I had to justify my identity and activity with some document and create an IBAN. That was not clear from the website but the support was reactive.

2nd EDIT: they starting to retain my money again... It's been several months that a verification process is pending. I asked them to withdraw my money and close my account and they refused.

My advice: don't use ePayService. I've moved to Paxum and their service is way better.

Have a large amount of money stuck in my account for over a month haven’t been able to withdrawal all of them just canceled today and now there’s “technical maintenance” for 99% of their withdrawal methods. Will I ever see my money? I don’t know constant cancels, delays and them removing options from my account. Please reply if you’re experiencing same issue to know if this is whole website issue or if they just give maintenance to individual accounts.

I would rate it lower than 1 if it was possible. My assessment of their work is 0. It all started from the moment when they canceled the cards, they promised that the card would come in a month, then half a year, a year ... well, it still doesn’t exist. They ask for a bunch of unnecessary data. I really hope that the police will check this office in the near future. Then I had to change the withdrawal methods through them because of this. The commission was cosmic. And now here is the constant technical work and it is simply impossible to withdraw money. All methods have been tried. They sent the money three weeks ago and are constantly postponing the timing of their receipt. These are scammers!

J'ai passé une commande pour du parfum je n'ai pas reçu de mail de confirmation par contre vous avez pensé à vous prélevé et bien évidemment je n'ai pas de numéro de suivi de commande comme ça je ne peux pas donner la référence que les livreurs me demande pour vérifier ma commande pourriez vous faire quelque chose peut être et en français car tout le monde n est pas doué en anglais merci

Epayservice continues to be the most unreliable partner for your business or your activity. I have been a customer with them for years, and the way they treat me will never cease to amaze me. I'm always being treated as if they are doing me a favour by having me as a customer. Their support is slow and every message they send contains no information. When a payment is cancelled, they never give information but just say it was automatic. I have been doing the same transfer to the same account for a year now, and suddenly. It does not work, no information is given, no reason is given. I'm still fighting to get an answer, as I have money with them and not sure what will happen to it if they do not transfer it to my account. Support always ignores my questions. I have many tickets open that they don't even ready, so never mind getting an answer. In my opinion, they act in an illegal way and should get checked by financial institutions so they stop waisting the time of their customers.

Ce site Epay est une vrai arnaque, il y a tout les produits que l'on cherchent mais il s'agit en fait de photos prises sur d'autres sites pour faire croire aux gens qu'ils vont recevoir un produit authentique mais ce n'est pas le cas ! Par exemple une locomotive Jep pour seulement 47 euros...

Son pésimos hace 2 años que tengo dinero en epayservice y no puedo retirarlo
Antes de abrir la cuenta consulte con soporte si en mi país podía hacer transferencia me dijeron que si y luego que puse mi dinero ahí no obtengo respuesta

No están dejando sacar el dinero de allí. Tengo retenido kucha cantidad de dinero y nadie da respuesta sinplemente que notificarán cuando este nuevamente activo el servicio.

Hola alguien ya pudo cobrar su giro desde epayservices a fecha de hoy?

llevamos mas de dos meses intentando enviar el dinero a bancos, pero dice que esta desabilitado para Colombia, sin embargo siguen ofreciendo abrir cuentas, tarjetas debito y tarjetas virtuales y el dinero sigue ahi en las billeteras de epayservice y no se puede cobrar
