1 mes reteniendo los giros hacia Colombia, no sé si algún otro país en Latam. Esto no puede pasar por alto. ya me huele a estafa. He escrito a soporte muchas veces y la respuesta es la misma, estamos en mantenimiento, pronto se habilitará... pero ha pasado un mes y nada.

tuvimos el mismo problema con epayservices, la solucion que tomamos fue el reembolso del dinero a las empresas que lo habian enviado. cada empresa tiene una wallet, si te envia a tu wallet puedes reenviar a la walet de quien te envio el dinero y solicitarles el reenvio por otro medio. ojala esto les ayude.

Buenas tardes anterior mente excelente servicio pero ultima menta no he tenido una buena experiencia ya que al hacer transferencia dice que temporal mente el servicio esta desavilitado esto en cuanto a dolares .y tengo Euros y pero estos a pesar que se han solicitado no ha caído posible retirarlos .esperemos pronta solución

Si estas leyendo esto es porque epayservice no te deja sacar dinero... debemos inundar su inbox de support desde la app o desde el PC todos los dias exigirles al menos un metodo de retiro de fondos... crear tickets todos los dias... no pueden ignorarnos a todos juntos.

si alguien haya la manera de retirar de epayservice se le agradece que lo comunique por aca ya que todos estamos presentando el mismo inconveniente en colombia

This is a scam. I made transactions when other people complained about maintenance. So maintenance is only for your account- it doesn’t make any sense. What make sense is that the maintenance starts right after you send them a big amount of money. DONT TRUST THEM EVEN IF IT WORKED FOR YOU BEFORE. They are just building your trust so they could scam you for a bigger amount of money.

They are the worst abusers, on October 6 and 7 I made two remittances because they had the cash payment option available. I only received one of the remittances, it took me two days to respond that they deactivated again and that they will give me a refund if I want. Abusers

Desde hace días estoy tratando de retirar mi dinero, lo intente por dinero en efectivo y nunca llego a la entidad bancaria que dice Epayservice tiene convenio.

Quien podría responder.

Epyeervice ha robado mi dinero y el soporto solo responde respuesta automática y sin sentido a lo que esta pasando urgente necesito ayuda legal epyeervice ha vaciado mi cuenta

If you ever read this please get a different option, PAXUM works great and is reliable. Don’t give them chance to steal more money.
