Solid Company with great customer service.

I placed an order for some stickers for our Church. There was some misunderstanding regarding the s&h but after talking to Roxanne,
she went above and beyond to make sure she expedited the parcel and my Church was able to open on time because of her sending the order next day.
Thank you for an excellent communication and for going the extra mile.
We will buy form you again and again. Thank you for all your help.

Awesome service

Awesome service! They communicated very well and got back to me almost immediately on every email. They even shipped part of my order as we were waiting for a back ordered item. I would definitely recommend them :-)

No response to 3 phone calls

No response to 3 phone calls, 3 e-mail messages, and 1 contact form requesting status of order and shipping information!!!!!!!! No shipment has been received after 2 weeks past said processing date!!!!!!

With the current pandemic, there is an unprecedented demand and shipments have been delayed. In a time where social distancing…

In a time where social distancing supplies are in short supply Epic was able to provide us with everything we needed for crowd control. Shipping was quick and as promised, all items were high quality and easy to assemble. thanks to Epic we were able to open our service department again to assist our customers. thank you.
