No Instructions

The item was fine but there were no instructions on how to use the concrete anchors that came with the Belt barrier. The drill bit size is needed.

5-star rating - Will purchase from Epic Solutions again. Items arrived as described and by the estimated arrival date. Their customer service is what sets them apart. I had an issue with one of the items arriving damaged and in a few days, the replacement parts arrived. The speed and ease with the way my issue was resolved ensures my loyalty. Thank you!

Excellent product

We are an essential business and I needed these for my shop to practice social distancing. They arrived in just a couple days, are very sturdy, incredibly easy to assemble and work great.

Items came damaged and no support was…

Items came damaged and no support was offered. I ordered 13 new powder coated black barricades. They arrived looking like heavily used barricades with a few of them with bent sections (looks like the fault of the shipper). I tried reaching out for support, but none was offered. I was pretty disappointed. Maybe it was a fluke situation?
