Women's Anthem Boots, tried sizes 6.5 (usual size) & 7 and both sizes were unable to get boots on. This is due to the restyling making the ankle shaft width narrower than previous styles; reducing the cost of materials. This is such a real shame. Bad, Very Bad :( :( Just have to look at other boot brands.

Super gave kleding besteld en snel ontvangen, duidelijke informatie over de kleding en schoenen op de website. Echter moet er nu een riem retour en dat ging wat lastiger qua formulieren, dus hierin zou echt nog wel wst verbeterd kunnen worden!

How in the world is this company in business? Ordered boots on 12-13-25. They were in stock and were ordered for a Christmas gift. By 12-20-25, still had no update for shipping. Christmas came and gone, still no updates from “label creation” for FedEx. Called customer service who couldn’t resolve the problem. They blamed FedEx and I said, FedEx is waiting for the package so this is Ariat not FedEx. They got mad and hung up on me. Not once, but two different people. Third person said they would turn over to supervisor who would call me. Never happened. Called this morning and canceled the order. What a terrible company. Absolutely zero customer service. Attempted first buy will turn into zero future buys.

Superb quality boots. I chose the Darlin Western boots for women and I couldn't be happier. They're beautifully made from quality materials and all the stitching is immaculate. I've had them for a few days now and I'm delighted with them. They're comfortable for walking and I can wear them all day without any issues. I definitely recommend Ariat Europe and I will be buying more from them for sure 😊
