Licentie gekocht, maar met geen mogelijkheid werkend te krijgen. Service is zeer slecht, je wordt met een kluitje het riet in gestuurd.

I paid £87 for Adobe Photoshop Elements, to find after many email exchanges with the Company that it was not compatible with my IMac. They refused a refund. This company are crooks!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. If you buy something and have problems with it, you're out of luck, my friend. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Schlechte Information der Kunden , keine vernünftige Beratung . Bei Fragen oder Sonstiges gibt es keine richtigen Ansprechpartner . Das sollte die Firma besser Organisieren .

Niet doen, heb een aanbieding v lightroom en photoshop via Groupon gekocht en deze code werkte niet (kwam een error) en de mensen zijn NIET TE BEREIKEN, zelfs niet na 6 mails, verschillende kanalen en ook niet toen groupon ze probeerde te bereiken. Heb ook het franse bedrijf bemaild maar gewoon geen reactie, weet dat je via groupon binnen 14 dagen je geld terug kan krijgen dus als je ze benaderd in de chat helpen ze je omdat het product dus defect is.

Gisteren mijn Windows een jaar verlengd. Eerder had ik een reminder ontvangen met het bericht dat mijn eerste jaar van deelname ten einde loopt. Vervolgens een nieuwe productcode gekocht en deze meteen toegepast. Alles verloopt goed en soepel. Kortom, goed product en goede toepassing.

Receipt issued clearly stated Refund in full if product 'unused' and cancelled within 14 days. I asked my Daughter to help with download/installation. She told me I didn't need the product because my Broadband Package with BT included 'Norton' software package as part of it's T & C. I e-mailed Eptimum to request a refund. They asked for 'reason why' When i explained the reason, they responded saying 'No Refund' and suggested I give the product away..

Purchased pdf software via Groupon, the download did not work, I don't believe it was ever meant to as Groupon initially offered refund within two weeks, saying I had to apply for it, then when I asked if the software actually existed they issued refund straight away.

I bought a deal from Groupon, then got a message saying I had to go to Eptimum to get the download. Got so far through the process and an error message came up, stopping me from going any further. Got back on to Groupon, who gave me an email address for Eptimim - but never had a reply. Back to Groupon and eventually got to the refund page, just waiting to see what happens now.

Received receipt promptly. Took just over an hour to receive download information but once received process was simple.
Pleased I was able to obtain the Adobe Elements at a reduced price. If I had read the reviews beforehand I might not have purchased from Eptimum. It might be worth them investing in improving customer service, as this is clearly not helping their reputation.

Seit Monaten warte ich auf die Abrechnung. Mindestens vier mal habe ich angerufen. Jedes mal wurde gesagt es dauert ca. noch 4 Wochen, letzte mal 2 Wochen. Auch nach schriftlicher Aufforderung kommt nichts. Nicht mal eine Antwort bekommt man. Aber als damals auf Vorauszahlung umgestellt wurde ist geich mit Stromabschaltung gedroht worden wenns nicht gleich alles bezahlt wurde.
