I ordered the White/Grey brush pack and my horse and I love it. The brushes are great quality and I like how they came packaged in a box.

My number 1 horse product recommendation

I’ve purchased many items from Eqclusive over the past few years, initially HAAS brush sets and then repeat business for sundries such as Pro series shampoo, coat and mane/tail conditioning sprays and quick knot plaiting bands. I have only ever had absolutely perfect service from the company, excellent communication and on the one occasion when my order went awol through the courier the company instantly resent the order without any question or fuss. The products are excellent both in value and quality, the pro lustre spray is by far the best mane and tail product I’ve ever used and the stain removing properties of their grey horse shampoo is stunning. Cannot fault Eqclusive and 100% recommend them

For serious grooming!

I have had the full set of Eqclusive grooming brushes for a couple of years now and they are as good as the day I bought them. They are also an absolute lifesaver in the winter when it's too cold to shower!

I have been purchasing items from this company for years! My Tack room is full of Eqclusive products because the quality is always so good!!! Wouldn’t go anywhere else, customer service is amazing and products always arrive fast! Love love love Eqclusive

Excellent service

Excellent service! I was informed by email throughout from ordering to delivery when my parcel would arrive. It actually arrived earlier than expected! Everything was well packaged and in perfect condition. I would definitely order from this company again.

Aggressive Email Responses When Chasing Refund

Very poor service and as a consumer I found the checkout process misleading. I believe that the currencies made this very challenging to understand.

My basket at checkout stated a standard shipping charge for UK delivery (£4.81) in Polish currency, however once I had been charged in GBP I noticed I had been charged £14.42 for shipping of 2 x 500ml spray bottle and a stock pin.

I contacted customer service who gave me several options, to which I accepted that they would refund the £9.61 additional charge and ship an alternative product. To this point, despite the checkout process being confusing, the employees were helpful at resolving the issue.
Since my complaint, the company has rectified their website to explain the shipping charges.

My refund of £9.61 was supposedly issued on 07/11/2024.
I sent an email on 21/11/2024 asking for the refund to be chased as I had not received it- I received no response.
I sent a further email on 25/11/2024 chasing the refund - I received no response.
I sent another email on 15/12/2024 chasing the refund again and left a Trustpilot review- the company then responded that the refund had been sent on 07/11 however I sent screenshots of my banking to advise that I had not received it.
I do not agree that ignoring emails from a customer is transparent or professional.

At this point, the employee emailing me changed.
I feel that the employee emailing me then became threatening regarding my Trustpilot review as I had suggested that the company was acting dishonestly by saying that the refund had been issued 5 weeks prior. In my opinion, the emails felt that they had an aggressive, unpleasant tone.
I am very disappointed by the employee and feel threatened by the employee.
As the consumer I have done nothing other than request that the money legally owed to me is refunded and provided proof that I have not received it.

Having bought several items from this brand over the years, I have always liked their products. However the recent actions of this employee have been very upsetting and have tainted the brand reputation in my mind.
I do not wish to be emailed in an aggressive manner when trying to rectify a simple refund. I do not agree that the email responses that I received were professional.

Having reviewed other TrustPilot reviews, I note that I am not the only consumer to face similar issues with refunds and communication.

At the time of your order, the displayed currency at checkout was in Polish Zloty (PLN), reflecting our recent operational transition to Poland. While this was outlined on the website, we acknowledge that it may have caused confusion, and we have since clarified this further for all customers.
On the matter of the shipping charge:

As confirmed, the initial charge included separate shipments due to stock limitations in the UK, which was explained in our initial communication. Upon your request, we promptly provided alternative solutions to streamline shipping costs, which you accepted.
On the refund of £9.61:

The refund was processed on 7th November 2024 to the PayPal account associated with your order.
Following your report that the refund had not appeared, we immediately escalated the issue with PayPal and, as a precautionary measure, reissued the refund on 15th December 2024. This was done to ensure your satisfaction without further delay.
We deeply regret that our initial emails did not reach your expectations. I must, however, clarify that at no point was the tone of our communication intended to be aggressive or threatening. Our goal was solely to address the matter efficiently and provide clarity where possible. As a business with over 10 years of service, we value fairness and professionalism in all customer interactions.

Furthermore, it is important to note that we acted promptly once notified of the issue:

Refund processing and reissuance were prioritised.
We investigated and escalated matters with PayPal to ensure no oversight occurred.
Clarifications about the checkout process and charges were provided in detail.
While we regret any distress caused by the tone you perceived, I can assure you that our intention has always been to resolve your concerns transparently and professionally.

I have made eleven unsuccessful attempts to unsubscribe from their mailing list since my dreadful experience with them in Dec 2023.
Not only are they advertising and taking your money for products they do not have but they are not GDPR compliant.
I note that their operation has sensibly fled back abroad - BEWARE

Total scam of a company do not use

Total scam of a company do not use , ordered items on next day delivery for a birthday with a few days to spare and didn’t arrive the woman (Martha ) then replied to live chat saying it was being posted 5 days later , I told her not to and just refund but she refused and then sent the item , I was then told to refuse delivery in a long email explaining she had a bad fall from a horse and I should be more understanding as she was so hurt!!!!wasn’t her foot this time she nearly lost her life total lies she must have 100 acacia year as per other reviews There was no intention to send items quickly but very happy to take the extra money for delivery , so I now have no items and no refund terrible service

Highly disappointed

Very disappointing service from this company after my repeated business.
An order was made some weeks ago and after no dispatch email I opened up a PayPal dispute as the items hadn’t arrived.
I had a number of emails from Marta who first of all said that they had been involved in an accident (which is very unfortunate) and had a foot injury.
The latter part of the email thanked me for my business and that my item was about to be shipped. Great!

About 10 minutes later I had a notification from PayPal to say I was about to be refunded.
I emailed the company saying I was confused as the previous correspondence said my order was about to be shipped.
No reply from them.
A thoroughly disappointing experience from a customer who has bought before with no issues. Hence the 5 star feedback only about a month ago.

I don’t know what’s happened with this company but the customer service and communication needs to improve.

Was charged an additional shipping fee of almost 40 dollars

Was charged almost 40 dollars for additional shipping when I picked up my item at the post office on top of the almost 50 dollars I paid to ship on the website .
