Only 1 small problem I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes to discuss my renewal. It would have been better to request a callback. Once I got through, lovely staff, professional service.

Trying hard for the business
Renewal quote was more than a different provider but Equisure worked hard to make sure I had a comparable quote and I subsequently renewed with them.
The sales adviser was pleasant and helpful but needs to be aware of how much noise she made down the phone while on the line. To be honest it was annoying but she was very good in all other ways.
