Only 1 small problem I was left on hold for 15 plus minutes to discuss my renewal. It would have been better to request a callback. Once I got through, lovely staff, professional service.

So easy to deal with! I’ve recently been left disabled following an unexpected illness, so I’ve had to make a number of changes to my policy (including making my husband the main driver - yikes!!!) and nothing was too much trouble. There are no long queues to sit in when you call them, and I’ve even received refund cheques when I’ve been overcharged by mistake.
